This wallpaper is hilarious XD It's also very well done, including the title. The blue and pink contrast gives off a lovely effect, and the yellow makes the darker blues stand out more. If I could possibly give one suggestion, it would be that you at least remove the... grain I guess you could call it from the background. I guess leave it on the characters and other objects, etc. and remove it from the black at the least. That's just my opinion though. :P
