I finally started watching the series "Lucky Star", and at first I found it kind of odd and amusing, but now I ended up really liking it. The four main girls remind me of me and my friends when we were in high school, so the series made me laugh a lot.

I wanted to do a wall for the series, and I knew it had to be a vector wall because don't Lucky Star scans just scream "vector me"? Normally I'd wall my fave character, but I love all the characters so I chose the main four. Since Lucky Star art is simple I chose a kind of complicated scan to make it more challenging. Lots of details to pay attention to.

I like how the background turned out! It's based on the original scan, I just changed it a bit and extended it also. Made it simple yet fitting. You can compare to see what I did:Original Scan

Hardest part: Keeping track of the details, especially where Miyuki and Kagami overlap each other. Easiest part: Colouring Most fun part: The drink thing on Tsukasa's tray!

[EDIT] It seems that clicking the 1600x1200 version gave you the 1024x768 version...I fixed that now, it should work ^_^

i like it, although is so alike to the original. as you said, the artwork of lucky star ask to be vectored ^^' ...and a fav, because all we have some of konata inside XD

since i've the scan long time ago, and already like it....<3 thou i think the scan is unnecessary to vector... cause the scan already nice enough good job on vectoring those 4.... somethings not right here...i press 1600x1200 but why i always get 1024x768 size? well maybe it just me... +fav (XD)

I've seen the scan from somewhere... wasn't it Megami? I think I have the issue.

Anyway, it's nice that the scan was converted to a wallpaper format that is usable. Konata is win, but Tsukasa is the best.

Lines are perfect, Color Scheme is excellent, and the cheerfulness of the wallpaper really captures on what an Anime Cosplay Cafe would look like. I'm no perfectionist but I always prefer keeping the originality of the original artwork to the vectored version similar as much as possible and it is just the way you did it.

Deserves to be faved since like everyone says when they see a Konata related things "Everyone has a Konata inside to all of us".
