Noir My Nightmare

This is definately a unique wallpaper, with the image of them popping out of the watch...and I love Noir, but something about the abstract background make this wall look weird. Not sure all the elements really fit together. The scans are beautiful quality and idea is cool, and like you said, it doesn't make your eyes bleed, lol, so I like it.

Ooh, a Noir wallpaper, nice. I like the effects a lot, it's a good way of blending the characters and background together. Nice choice of text as well, the whole thing looks really nice to me. :)

I like it. Aside from the technical elements, which are quite good, I like the contrast of ideas it shows. The word ??Noir? connotes bleakness, life or situations in shadow. The contrast to that in this which really grabs me, is the idea that such a state can be dispelled as simply as one might flip open a pocket watch. It kind of visually represents the idea that you can bring light into your own life, even in a deep despair, if you look in the right places. I also especially like the effects you put around the text, it looks very elegant. I??m adding it as a fav.

The locket opening is freakin great!!!!!!. One of the best I've seen today.

This has never been my favorite image from Noir. Sure, it's related to an episode, but it really doesn't say much about them as characters, so it doesn't make for a good basis for a wallpaper. While the composition is good, I agree with a couple others who don't think it all comes together right. I do like the way the word "Noir" is incorporated. I'm not a fan of text on walls, but you've used it well.
