it's been a long time since my last desktop work. Busying about many things.... Now I have time to create a new desktop. So here it is. I found some similiar desktop here. I know this is because the cover of "Motteke! Sailorfuku Remix001" is such good for a desktop. But somehow I like the original color scheme. So I use them to draw this desktop. added some "Star" to the background....
And by the way, may be I will update it when I complete vectorizing all the characters on the cover ^^.

very nice work. i love it. although i can't figure out the position of the hand. although we are looking at the character's right side, the fingers of the hand makes it look like it's a left hand we are looking at.
