I think Tsukino looks so cute with her hair up like that! Also, the SD silly Doumyouji was funny. I had to clean up the text on her arm and spruce up the colors/lines. Hmm, first I tried to just fill the whole area up with some recurring pattern comprised of the sakuras in the original scan and then make the background a bit green. Someone noted that that seemed a bit repetitive so I went back to the drawing board. I wanted to do some fireworks and a festival scene but that was way beyond my abilities. So we ended up with a sunset-themed gradient, some random falling blossom petals from pre-made brushes and a few of those original sakura but distorted this time. I agree with another tip about the sakura on her shoulder being a bit 'strange'. I transformed that and moved it. Don't know if it's turned out just right but I think it adds a little so that she doesn't just look like a cut-out. Fan-club is obviously a silly play on words and I HAD to come up with something to fill the void on the right side. The stars were cute and gave a little extra, suggesting the beginning the night sky. Since her elbow was cut off, I also drew that in myself so I could move her out a bit from the corner. I like how the colors ended up being very vivid especially since the art of the series itself is very mellow.

It is really nice. Good background. I really like your background. It is not simple and plain but not complicate. The color in the background is really blend with each other. They are meant to be with each other. The sasuka you added is falling very natural. I like Doumyouji's pix on the racket. Great job.

Do you thinking about putting the background as a firework?

Having seen the previous version, I'm glad you moved the font to a better position. The fireworks suggestion by slimchance is good, but if you went with that you would probably have to redo the background to a scenery type background instead, with perhaps a lake and trees..

The colors you used with the cute scan of Makino is quite complementing, and I absolutely love the fact you used the flower prints in the background, it really serves as the highlight of the wall. Nice positioning of the text as well. Nice work ^^

well i really like the scan and the flowery background, but i dont think that the colors of the bg blend with the scan... maybe if the blue was a bit closer to the color of her kimono

Oh hey, I've commented on another of your wallpapers before. :D I just got into HYD, and I come here and what do you know? ^_^ I love Domyouji, and this wall is cute! The colors all together are a bit funky, but then again I always thought the colors the series was done in was that way. I like the play on words too. Great work!

I absolutely love the colors you used - so vivid! It makes me happy. ^^ A really-really good job with the background, and the twinkling title suits the whole image nicely. And that Tsukasa pic - priceless! All in all: found my new desktop. xD Thank you very much! n.n
