The ring on the left is having anti-aliasing problems. And to top that off, the blurriness is only compounding the effect, making it look low quality. My suggestion is to redo the circle to make it look better.

There also seems to be two black thin lines running down from top to bottom. Not sure if it is intentional but the background would benefit better without it.
