This wall **A place in time...** I did in a few hours and Yaolin helped me a lot to make it more real. Thanks very much! ^^

I used Photoshop and Corel Paint ShoPro and about 10 layers.

Yup! It does feel great. Simple, yet effective, as some people say. The anime render does stand out a bit compared to the surroundings, but not enough to ruin the idea. Great job!

It would look like an old photograph had it not been pixellated. And it would look like an archived newspaper cutting had the the degree of pixellation been the same for the room and the characters. For some reason the room is oddly period Asian (maybe it is) and Misha's and Shia's dresses, which are European fairy tale style, look quite out of place to me - not that gothic lolita fashion is meant to be western!

Overall, I think the wallpaper looks indeed like a "place in time": a place in the past captured and frozen. Only I think the characters look obtrusively patently pasted onto a separate image of a room!

Hey,dejiko12! Another cool wallie! Really like the idea of an old photo. In the Pita-Ten manga, the characters are traveling trough time,so it's possible :-D

It does old like old photographs. I think if the colour scheme is yellow-brown instead of pinkish will give the aged atmosphere. The chararter is also a bit oddly stand out from background. However GJ.
