Oh wow, the background effect is visually stunning. And it's not too much either. The image blends sorta with it though, but it looks awesome anyways gj!

Very nice, even with (or maybe because of?) the "blending" effect that happens between the background and Utena....but it is still quite stunning..and it is always nice to see an Utena background that isn't just blinding pink! ^__^

This is rather dynamic and powerful at the same time, I like the coloring of the red merged around Utena, it really makes a pretty piece, adding to favorites. Excellent work :)

I've always loved this picture of Utena, and the effect looks really awesome. It's so beautiful without being that sort of pink that's so pink it drives you crazy.

Although the red metallic background bizarrely evokes a womb which figuratively protects foetal Utena the rose, it is too heavy and...well, metallic, unnatural. That just does not go with the stylized image of Utena.
Notwithstanding, technically it IS accomplished; this must be acknowledged.

The good old silk effect which I also used a lot, though mainly just as a supporting effect. Looks kinda good as she merges with the background, but maybe she could be a bit brighter.
