I started this wallpaper a couple months ago (another project of my boredom)but never finished because my computer died. Now that it's fixed I finished it. The image of Hanyu as seen in the opener of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai after Episode 14. The actual wall it self is kind of symbolic in that Hanyu is really nothing with out Rika and crew. The color silhouettes of the characters lack the detail that Hanyu's image has but when you combine all of them together you are able to paint the pallet that is Higurashi. Not to mention it looks pretty nifty

It's an interesting concept and it works on that level, but for me (and this could well be a personal preference) the colours used are a bit garish. They're just a bit too primary colour for me. I think I personally would have gone for more of a shifting hue so that they're all, say, in red, but then they progress from a dark red to a bright red.
I'd also personally recommend you would be better using a more varied line thickness vector style. The uniform thickness style is always lacking in realism and depth compared to having varying thickness. It's well worth learning the technique.

"The colours used are a bit garish" well maybe Θtrismugistus is right. However garish colours can look really great with a dark background. And what's darker than black, right? :/ Great wall. Keep it up! Ciao.

It's Nice Wallpaper. Changing Colors Looks Like Panorama is Wonderful and Attractive. Distinction bu Colors and Style of Hair is Really Really Interesting. I Think It's Wonderful Idea and Concept. The hanyuu vector isn't too great - choppy angles, uniform lines - but the concept behind building the rest of the wallpaper is great. Great use of silhouettes.
