Lily White is the Spring Fairy of Gensokyo, she appears during late winter or so to announce the coming of Spring. Her way of doing it is apparently, to fire a host of random danmaku at you. Which is pretty annoying since you are fighting the boss!
Anyhow, but that doesn't defeat her being so damn cute, I love it best they are up close. I couldn't think of a suitable background of any complex look, so I decided, ahhh... to hell with it, I will just use my LEET to create snow lol.
So I did, no textures, no bullshit. Just cute Lily White.

Honestly? It just feels a bit not quite your best work. The extraction seems a little bit off (her hair on the right, for example) and the wall just seems that bit simple, but not really designed simple, more you didn't bother with any sort of bg simple.
Hope that doesn't seem too harsh, the wall just feels like it needs something else and normally your walls don't need a something else.

Ehehe~ ... cute Lily is really cute, indeed. Even though Christmas is sorta out-of-character for her, but somehow her appearance is not weird even in cases like this. Maybe, she got a second job for winter... it fits to her look, somehow ^^ The wallpaper is not overcomplicated, and exactly that gives the lovely and adorable charm of the picture. Not much more to talk about - it is good as it is. Nice job!
