lol i thought this was the disney little mermaid...i like the background and effects you did on this wall more then the scan itself...as i have no clue what anime its from...its cute though ^ ^!

it's a cute scan, and i think you did quite well with this. but maybe there's a little too much sparkles...>.<

The extraction needs some work - there are bits of white around the edges. Also, on her hair there's a chunk missing, presumably from where the top of the scan was. You need to re-cg that in, or align the scan with the top of the wall.

The fish are too clumped around the chara - there needs to be some over on the left, cos at the mo it feels very unbalanced. Also, the way the back end of that big fish down in the bottom right fades out is weird.

Very pretty! I really like the contrasting colours of the pink and the blue, the faded edges, and how the picture repeats at some points. Finally, the water reflection sparkalies are really nice. Nicely done! ^^

The sparkles are definatly sutable. She's so cutesy any ways. I love the little fish on the bottom; that is my favorite part.
