AIR Gentle Breeze (Re-Submission)

Thats one reason why I usually only get scans from AP. We try and keep the galleries clean from doujin and fanart the best we can. granted some get by, but we usually do a smooth job of keeping them out.

Just wish you had taken the time to go back and fix that railing : / I actually think it looks better with the air scan. Scans with panties showing annoy me since some people will purely fav for being lonely perverts >_>

I'm just glad to see that there are some people that understand the rules here and don't throw a whiny cursing fit (which is what we usually get when we reject or delete walls of that nature). Thanks for understanding. We really enjoy having you a member here :D

I'm sorry for the scan problem. I also have a Fate/Stay Night wall that I made and that I like a lot but I can't upload it here on AP because it has a doujin in it. I'm happy that you understand and respect the rules, like Kalico said, we're happy to have a great member like you ^_^

The wall is very nice. I love the warm colors and the scan you used looks really cute too.

I won't mind to see a vesion with the birds. Like I said, the background works nicely with the scan but it looks a bit empty.

That is a very tragic story indeed. It did so well on here too, but heya, at least you KNOW it did that well =D. That's the most important thing.

I'm glad that you decided to stick with the original background. I really love what you did with it and I was meaning to comment on it when it had Saber in it, but alas. I absolutely adore the sky <3 Hands down, my favorite part about the wallpaper. Though, the railing is rather well done, it just needs a bit of touching up. Still, the background on the whole is gorgeous. It was a great idea to go with the vector as well, it looks gorgeous. I'm really glad you didn't go with the one scan that everyone uses for an AIR wallpaper (it's similar to this one) so I'm really glad. I do have to agree with Kalico, thought the Saber one was cute, I much prefer this one over it.

I only can hope that this wall will have the same, if not greater success than the previous one did.

Even if I criticized the last version of your wallpaper I can't avoid to don't compare the two versions (maybe because the first version is on my desktop). And I can say I prefer the first one.

As you I fell in love with the scan of saber (even if we could see her panties :-p).

This version is also nice, but I think the hair spoil a little your beautiful background and the sun..

However it's a great wallpaper and I sill give you a fav for it (as for the first as to the second version).

Owww...that must have been quite hard for you. It does explain why I thought, seeing the wallpaper first time, that the background somehow isn't directly quite an AIR one. Sure, Saber must have fitted in better.

Not of course that this isn't any good. It's still fantastic. Only just because I know "AIR" and so I have certain moods and themes which I associate with the series.

The birds would crowd the wallpaper, but I can't see that it will do it in a bad way. If anything, it will probably feel more like an AIR wallpaper for me.

PS - looking at Misuzu's hair all billowing like that, it's no gentle breeze we are talking about you know!

Awww, I wondered why I didn't see Gentle Breeze anymore. I'm glad I got to see the first one. I really liked that one a bit more then this one. But this one is beautiful and amazing, too. I really like the position and lighting of this one better. I'm sorry the origional had to go. It was so awesome. But you did an amazing job recreating the theme with a different scan. Well done!

Um, firstly the color combination is perfect and I really like the contrast you made there. Very well lightening in the middle of the wall, it makes beautiful especially the hair. There are no birds in my version of the wall, but that's probably caused with the uploading limitation and from what I saw in the thumbnail the birds work amazing. What else I could say? It's a great work.

Having seen both walls, I'd have to say the Saber scan fitted more, but this scan is just so much better for me personally! As some people have mentioned panty shots bother me (My parents walk around the house, and it'd be horrible if they see that on my desktop lol) I prefer this one because the hair flows really nicely across the background and all in all it fits perfectly. The only thing I would do to it is probably try and blend the hair into the BG a bit better. And maybe fix the railings a little bit xD! Anyway, its still really nice so I'll fav it.

This wall looks really nice. the colours flow nicely and the hair of the girl flows very well wit the background. A few issues with the blending and lighting, but other than that the wallpaper looks great. I prefer this over the Saber one, because of the nice hair. Thanks for submitting. Add Fav.

Well I don't know if you caught my comment on your previous wall but the only issue is the balcony. This work is already rising high and I'm sure with a few tweaks it will be even better. Great work~

I actually liked it more with more Saber, maybe because I've never saw Air so I actually "don't feel" character that much. Still, she fits background pretty nice. Somehow, compared to previous one, ballustrade is a bigger nuisance (._.); it wasn't that much eye-catching before 9(>_>) Like it wrote earlier, it could be more detailed. (still no pantsu o.o)

But what is better is that character seems to fill wallpaper in better way which doesn't create empty space ^^;

I actually think that the new vector matches up with the background better than the first. It looks more in place than the Saber one. I also like how the birds were more spread out this time instead of how they were sort of bunched together in the Saber wall. Both versions are awesome, but this new version is an improvement. Very good work.

nice try...in generally the wallpaper seems ok to me, except the wall at the back, trust me everything was fine the sunset, bird, cloud and testure...somehow i think the wall just doesn't comes together with the wallpaper, it should be something else...

The background is looking good, the slowy setting sun which makes the scenery gold looks really nice. The guardrail doesn't feel as part of a balcony though. :| Misuzu is looking good, though her hair is also looking a bit strange. Nice wallpaper.

i like the color of this wallpaper. its really warm in the eyes. i personally dont like the background. Its a bit unplanned. It looks like you didn't think about it a lot. the structure/building in the back looks really flat compared to the clouds and the vectored character. You shouldve added some details to it.. and the random rectangular holes on it are too sharp.. you shouldve blurred it. and i dont understand why the sizes of those holes are different....

but great job on this sky.. i really like the texture and the birds that you added..

Something sad what your previous wall, I am a casual user of the site and I do not have such excellent walls as yours. Continue working, I liked this wall above fairly light, I could not even learn to do that, and Misuzu is very well, thank you for sharing it. FAV

Hmm....I wish I could've seen the "original" version now because the AIR scan looks incredible as well. I've never seen her that way in the anime, but you've made her look near-perfect in your wallpaper. The yellow/orange sunset glow fits her very well, and the birds look great. It would even add to the anime's theme a bit in my opinion.

The things that bothered me a bit are the clouds (looks too real) and the railing (too boring). However, they are not the focus on the wallpaper. Thus, it doesn't detract from the wallpaper at all.

This is good, juz that its hard to differentiate the hair from the background. I'm not a graphic artist myself, but that's what i think, no offense.

I preferred the other one; I think it looked ALOT more natural. The other wallpaper seemed very natural and flowed smoothly... whereas this wallpaper feels artificial in a way.

I really, really like this one. The colors are really warm, and the lighting is done superbly. That is one of all-time favorite scans used in wallpapers. The birds you added to the BG is a nice touch, very well done.

The efect of light is very cood, but the part of the body of Misuzu of i like (in this wall) is the eyes... the hair is really amazing, but i was see this wall in other variations
