Holy cow! I'm not really a Sasuke fan, but this wallpaper is fantastic. I love the way you colored the scan, and how you included the snake and the clouds of dust. The kanji, texture, and torn-paper look on top of wood just makes it even cooler. You did an excellent job. Love it!

well i've gotten sick of vectoring , vectoring pictures that already looks cool... like almost all the scans in the scan gallery and other stuffs... im just tired of copying ... well this one is probably the last time i make a picture with a ready lineart which is not made by me ...

awesome work on the image itself =]...me i just got tired of vectoring coz it's tedious and involve so much work that you tend to halfass your BG which is what we should focus in coz it's the "original" part in our wall.

i'm ignorant of anything about naruto haven't seen nor read it xD dunno who this character is but the way you colored and added that snake behind him is really cool =D

my only gripe is that the parchment looks like it's floating and it's hard...like a sheet of metal or something...

but all in all sweet job =D

At last! Someone has done something different with Sasuke. I've seen the same images being used all over the place, and while some have certainly been done well, this one ranks with the best because of sheer originality. Great job!

Great wall, but I would have really preferred it if the picture in the parchment were to have covered the whole wall, excluding the whole parchment and wood BG idea. However, that doesn't mean that the black and red kanjis should have then be left out.

Still, that's just my unprofessional opinion and you still made a great wall regardless ^^

Well you really screwed this one up whit the background. Missing the movie for this? maaan :) The wooden texture is just, disgusting. The first one you used four months ago was better than this, I don't know why. Probably the darker tone blended well with the whole aspect of the wp. And I don't know wheter you checked your wall or not in full size (I'm guessing yes), but then again how could you miss those awful mistakes. The paper's edge is just funny at some places (top left or bottom left ...)

One can really see on this piece of artwork how tired you are. Tired of vectoring and all the designing stuff... so I strongly suggest you push that light wallpaper you started working on ages ago, because there is something really big going on!

Oh my god this is brilliant a real piece of art. The planning and execution are without a doubt the best I have seen since being a member here at AnimePaper. The shadowing and colors flow as if they were meant to be together, and the background fits perfectly. I like the haze effect that you used around the Orochimaru snake, it gives your a real sense of a foreshadowed event. The red symbols look great but the splotches on the right look like blood for sure I see you said they are not supposed to be but I wondered what are they then?

i agree with you that there are too much vectored wallpapers out there. i mean i'm not all against vectored graphics, but i think sometime it's best to retain it's original look.

i think you chose the right scan for your wall. the colouring was done well and by adding the snake makes this wall look great, as if sasuke's trying to kill someone. the background on the parchment suites the atmosphere.

overall i believe you did a great job. i totally gave up on naruto, but i still love this wall. good work!

Personally, I hate Sasuke because of his attitude but with this wall it really shows the character of Sasuke and I really like the snake around him. The writings on the right and the use of the paper to create a sort of painting on it is really nice especially the wood finishing as the background is really nice. Wonderful piece of artwork.

So I'm fairly certain that this is one of the HAWTEST wallpapers I've seen on here! Everything in this one works for me! I think that the whole motif of the paper sits well with the show in general, and that this is probably the Best Paper I've ever seen... Did I mention that this thing rocks? Great use of grunge-ish elements around the edges, and the ink pen style image is just freaking awesome! Anyways If yuo couldn't tell, I think this paper rocks pretty hard... Hope to see lots more good things in the future!!!!

This looks very good. Sasuke's image fits in perfectly with the fading blood-stained paper theme. Though most of the outer rims of the paper were done well, I do have to indicate that several parts appear more pixelated than ripped.

I love the antique feeling to this wall. It looks exactly like one of them most exquisite oriental paintings! I like how Sasuke seems to move the watcher in a trance. He appears to be moving, but he isn't. I know that sounded weird, but that was my impression. I like the blood splattering, but it doesn't look very realistic. If Sasuke were supposed to be inside a map or drawing, perspective-wise, the blood drops should be larger. If not, I assume he's inside a huge mural. Anyways, you did a wonder ful on this wall. Being a Sasuke fan I'm automatically biased towards this piece, but to see quite a well exposed image of him being transformed into something as dramatic as this makes me excited. The Tecture and detail on the "scroll paper" is amazing, but the cut out edges feels a bit forced and squar, but never the less a great wallpaper.

This may have been said a lot already, but I love the ancient feel of the image with the way the snake's body blurs and the spread of the scroll. How sharp the actual Sasuke image looks in comparison almost makes it look out of place, to me at least. But that might be your intention and certainly doesn't detract from the wallpaper.

This is incredible! The calligraphy additions on the sides are the perfect details. And the picture in the center is pure genius. Amazing!

~reading author's notes~ i actually like the wood there because it makes the whole thing look like it's a piece of scroll lying on the wood and someone painted the picture and the words. then, because it looks like a piece of scroll, i really like how the snake in the painting looks almost like it's going to pull itself out of the paper and into reality, starting from its head. the wood makes the entire wallpaper look more 3D and full, or that's what i think anyway. the thing that did catch at my vision though is when i looked at the full size wallpaper the details around the edges of the 'scroll' were kind of flat, making it not so 3D and scroll-like. anyway good job :)

Even though the wood is pretty bad, I don't think just cropping it all off was the way to go. I really like the torn edges of the parchment paper. Other than the wood, and maybe the red kanji too, this is an amazing picture and a great wall. Maybe you could just fix or replace the wood instead.

This looks like a painting on a parchment. Everything works together in this wallpaper nicely. Although I am curious what all those kanji translate to and if it's context with the over all mood of this wallpaper. Regardless, it's definitely a unique Naruto wallpaper.

Shippuuden was at the beginning good also the arc with Hidden. but there so much fillers in this anime so i stopped watching it ... but looking at this great wall i just want to continue this anime although i know it isnt as good as the impresion one gets when he looks at this wall ^^ short: love it xD +fave

HOLY CRUD, this scan is ABSOLUTELY FLIPPIN BUTT KICKIN AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a big Sasuke fan and this gives him so much justice its unreal. The snake in the background that merges with the clouds is genius.

Not usually a fan of Sasuke or for that matter Naruto, but this wallpaper is really great. Especially the texture of the smoke in the background. You can really see there's a lot of work here.

As other people have mentioned, I think it would have looked better without the wood/kanjis, and as a single "large parchment paper" wall. That being said you still did an amazing job at adding your own two cents with the snakes behind sasuke, and working with that manga art. I also like the faded look it has to it, since it is sort of like its been done on "parchment" paper. Great work!

Uwaaa, this kinda looks so mysterious and cool. And it makes Sasuke seem like a really powerful guy, but I guess, that he IS a really powerful guy : D This wallpaper surely looks different from other Sasuke's wallpapers, in a good way. OMGz just loving it! Really like how you put the whole parchment concept into it, and the antiquey feeling really brings out the center image. Job well done! XD

Very interesting style, it pretty much looks like a wanted poster, with the table and blood stains in the paper. It has many atributes which gives it an original and unique look: The combination of Sasuke and Manda,because on the original image Sasuke was alone (with an enemy actually,but that's irrelevant). Another good thing is the handwritten text located at the sides of the scroll,because it gives it a more natural image,with the handmade kanas. Finally, the table and the cutted scroll on which the image was put gives it the original look I was talking about,and the way Manda (Sasuke's summoning creature) appears in the back with the small fog is great,because it gives the idea of being recently summoned. I have nothing more to say other than: Excelent work! Really loved it! =)
