My first wall here!(I have already had an accout in MT but I found this website a few days ago) Now I submit this wall.made weeks ago, for my dear sister's birthday,who likes Lacus and Meer(So do I ) This wall has s very simple concept,I just want to make a vector wall,including both Lacus and Meer,and I was very happy to see this scan on my harddisk(I downloaded it long time ago,but when I browsed that category(in MT) I just found it had gone.maybe it has been deleted (because it has big text on it,I guess),Lacus is smiling gently while Meer looks a bit gloomy,yet beautiful,the scan has a big text on it and I vectored it (Not a good vector,though) Just like my title,rose sisters,when Meer sacrificed her life to save Lacus,I was deeply moved .and from then on I have considered them as sisters,they are both pretty girls,like roses,and rose has a color that goes with their hair color well,so I added two roses(vectored from realistic ones)As for the the blue bg,I don't know why,I just feel that blue matches all things on the wall well.
Easist part:bg-making Hardest part:to vector them well(I have tried my best),Oh,curse my laziness...... layer:80(40 for the characters,10 for the roses,and the rest are for bg and text) Time:20hours tool:Photoshop CS2 Comments are welcome!

Very,very nice. Im glad this made it into the gallery! (Well i don't even know how it made it to SZ in the first place because it was good then! ^^) Also, it looks really good now after the removal of the text so all i can say is "Well done!" ^_^

I remember getting this on MT way back. I loved it then and I'm still loving it. And here at AP I get a bit more resolution variety. It was a smart choice to make the background colors a bit more dull than the vectors of Lacus and Meer, otherwise the background would have been distracting. Well, again good job and I hope to see more of your work here on AP too. Take care!

Pretty nice vector work. I love the background too. Very creative. Their eyes are kinda different. Aren't they supposed to be Blue? Well, other than that, the whole work is great. Good job. I prefer Meer anytime but the two of them are so pretty.

wow idril ^^ always have so much good stuff going on in these kind of walls! i can never put so much detailing in my wall and make it still lookd good, but it seems you can do that nicely. the bg is very nice, maybe desaturate the sky a bit so the scan stands out a bit more. great effects on the bottom part of the bg. nice one. +fav

Wow this is something new! Great color shading, and effects! although there is something quite not good on naruto-kun's left eye, and his left fingers on hinata's shoulder. but the rest are very awesome! Spectacular view!

man....you are falling in the addictive state of blue....you fell already....is not good, believe me....transform a color in your favorite and make it your walling/artistic color is not good, not at all...at the end you miss a lot of other things to try, a lot of new tones, a lot of fun finding better combinations....and much much more... i'll have to say that this wall dont called my attetion in any way, is just another cloudy, blue-ish, random wallpaper here in minitokyo.....I dont like the way you used the brushes like I just said in other wall, i can easily tell where you used them...and that's not attractive....at the same time...the scan needs more work on the extraction issue.. you can say I only passed to tell you that as many others you can make the jump to originality....but with different stuff from this.
