My third vector.

This was an incredibly hard vector to do, but I wanted to do it because I have a good wallpaper idea which I may or may not finish.

I know it doesn't LOOK hard, but my only reference was a low-quality screenshot taken from a vid off Veoh, and still her head dress was cut off, so I hadta use two other pics as reference. (Meaning the top of her head was completely free-handed by me, shading and all. x.x)

As for the title... I'm on the last few episodes of Sainkoku Monogatari, and she is referred to as the "Lady of the Kou Clan" more than anything else, and I couldn't think of anything else. :3
