Adding a bit choppy water/waves/ripples effects on the shores and some in front of the character and making the text diffused with the background would make the WP more surreal. Anyway, the WP captures the aura and the theme. It's hard to describe the aweness of WP.

i gotta admit the detail in this is outstanding .. the fact that the background is that awe inspiring and yet still doesn't outshine the character is really a remarkable achievement .... keep up the great work yew +fav for sure

WoW............. This wall truly beautiful and yet magnificent. The lake (or river) creates the mirror effect that makes the sky and water looks like an ocean of stars. The light effect does play a lot in the wall making the depth of the wall looks amazing. And I just can't say anything anymore since it is so beautiful. Really amazing. :) Although the vector of the girl is small, everything is big in comparison. The sky is beautiful and inspiring with all the stars in it that look so real, and the water is equally nice with its reflective ability and rippling. Also the trees and their fluffiness help this wall to have a down to earth perspective while making you feel that you are far away or floating in the sky above. Fav+

Hmm.. Overall I like it, but i am sorry but i really dislike the stars >.< There are way too many of the same size with the same brightness all perfectly within distances from each other. Stars are a natural Phenomena and the way the stars are displayed in this image look very man made (i.e Paint Bucket, Filter> Noise > Add Noise.) Personally i think that the noise feature in photoshop is great to make starfields, but you need to play around with depth and star intensity and etc. Also remember that you are on EARTH. and stars are not as visible on earth as they are out in space (even in the forest). Sorry for the lecture on stars LOL but seriously tho, overall i like it. I really appreciate the fact the landscape is not stock and is hand painted by you. And the Vectored character + ripples adds so much more crispness to it.

At the beginning I didn't really liked that wall (had a chance for second comment but didn't took it P(T_T)) but now I justthough that it's time to change wallon my desktop and this one happened to fit with overall coloristic, and have to say that it really looks nice ^^ You certainly did made to look really... big (can't finda better word) There are still some parts that I don't really like and also it would be good if you would add textless version as well, but sky surely looks great and it indeed is dwarving girl as you wanted :3

But all in all an excellent piece of work...

1) love the colours. the tones of blue really mix in well. 2) stars are well done, the perspective is right. 3) i think the reflections of the far mountains have to be corrected, the can't reflect that closely from where we are looking, gotta shrink em down a bit... but everything else is good! 4) i ain't a fan of titles in the middle, but whatever... if it was off to the corner it'd be a plus for me :D

The thumbnail does no justice to this. The stars are different colors, which makes so much sense once you think about, but it really has been done, or at least on this level. That alone makes it kool. What makes it great is that everything clicks with it.

Truely amazing, you really get a sense of the depth of the wall.

It seems that a human being is indeed capable of completely creating a wall as mind bogglingly detailed as this, the sheer fact alone that the starfield and every bit of waters reflecting it are praisingly accurate. The little girl in the midst of all of it sets the sheer scale of the entire scene showing with it the level of quality that has been put into this, even the near silhouetted of the trees leaving the edge of accuracy of the overall piece. Incredible!

Wow. You know this kind of reminds of papers from digital blasphemy, except this is like the one that I was always looking for but could never find. It may seem exaggerating but this is probably one of the most beautiful, if not the most, wallpapers I have ever seen. Breathtaking work, I saw the tiny thumbnail of this wall and was immediately in awe. Sorry for having no constructive inputs but hey what can someone like me say about artwork of this calibre? It's too bad the character doesn't seem as sharp as the background ... =X .. the contrast takes away from the overall presentation of your piece.. however, your work is amazing, and you should be very proud of yourself! You did a wonderful integration of different patterns.. and your scenic set up is very creatiive!
