Nice job with the stroke path there. The lines are clean and have the right amount of thickness. The coloring is pretty good too, though the skin seems dark at a distance. The vector is neat and I really love looking at this picture. It's too adorable. The background is pretty simple yet it matches the characters well.

Wow! When I first full-view this wall, I thought the hearts stuffs on the BG looks very familiar. Maybe this person used the coincidently same brushes as scarlet , was all I think until I scrolled down the page.
