(n_n)/ First wallpaper made with Photoshop SC3 featuring Nina, Arika and Erstin from anime serie Mai Otome .

This wallpaper took around three days to be complete and the most difficult task was removing the trash from the huge image found on the internet. The BG had two versions, the first one didn't suit (so the WP was submited to Session Zero), and thanks to some advices from AP users, the second version did match, and I think it got pretty cool (Actually, I'm using this as a WP on my Laptop).

The BG is composed of many layers try to make a transition of three diferent colors, each one representing each of the battlesuits, and filled whit some beautiful vector flower art (Downloaded from here. Thanks to Jason Gaylor )

Edit: The Image used on the WP was found over the internet in a resolution higher than 2560x1600, so no need for Re-CG. I cannot find the actual image used in the WP, but i found two of the three parts that compose the image used (As you can see, they're huge). Arika: Nina: So actually, what I found was a composition of three others images featuring each character with their respective suit separately.

Edit 2: It seems that the responsable for the Otome Vector is Soundtrack (Your vector ROCKZ) from Minitokyo. In his gallery, you can find both image shown here, and inside the Arika one, there's a link to the image I used.

11/05/09 EDIT: Okay, as many has stated the difference of colors from the manga, I took my time today to change a couple of colors to match the manga (At least what i could see from the manga covers)

So this are the old wallpaper

And here's one with a change of colors to the BG (Don't know if its better than the one with the original BG)

Impressive! I really liked the vector. I think the background is very nice as well. Seems like the characters are from the manga version of Mai-Otome. Though I love the colors, any chance we can see a version of this wallpaper using the original colors of the robes from the manga? +fav. I would make this my new wallpaper, but I'm still using a 17-inch 4:3 monitor. 1024x768 version please? 8)E

I was waiting for this since it came out in Session Zero. So good that it's finally up! Wow! This is one beautiful wallpaper. This is from the manga. Erstin's robe is very beautiful and attractive. It's good that you colored it well and the background is very fitting for the characters. Nina, Arika, and Erstin rules! Love the vector work.

A nice abstract wallpaper I will say.

The characters composition is looking pretty good. The colors for background are well chosen (for the pink and dark blue). It's not purple (for the one on the center) doesn't fit there, it DOES look good, but I'm kinda hoping it will be bluish, or at least purple but a bit darker. Well, it's only me. Don't worry, I always have weird tastes, lol. =p (because I think the blue color on her wings really gets into my eyes).

Oh, and another suggestion from your weird-tasted tida, the flowers on the background on the left are too crowded. Maybe you want to make it less crowded.

Anyway, they are only suggestions when it comes to my taste. I DO think your wallpaper is really-really nice. What I love the most are their battle suits. Did you mean you re-CG some parts? that's great. Love to see their battle suits all nice and clean ;D

I like the wall a lot, but (I dunno if this was important or not) this is originally from the manga and in the Mai-Otome manga Arika's meister suit is red.

Impressive vector job, and nicely done textures. Its a little girl though, lol, but what did I expect from this series? Also 2560x1600 is HUGE, I like it!

Its a really nice wallpaper, i like the background color and design, also the position of the characters is good. But i have to say that I'm quite disappointed since the color of Arika's and Nina's clothes are wrong. This being from the manga I'm used too see them in their original colors Arika is red and Nina is black. But still this is a quite good wallpaper.
