So, out of the 100 walls I've done over the years, what is my absolute favourite?
Well, it's from a series that most people haven't seen and most haven't heard of. The series in question is Dirty Pair Flash, and the wall is called yuri glow.
This wall comes in at number one for a whole host of reasons. Great vector of a scan with a nice pose. The chara design is by Takahiro Kimura, who, if you look back over my walls you'll see popping up quite a lot. Reason for that is, he's right up there as one of my favourite character designers.
Let's see, what else. Well, it's a space scene, which is a fairly generic thing to do, but the thing is I both really enjoyed making it, and put a staggering amount of effort into doing it. Plus, I think it looks great and it suits the show, which is a sci-fi show (it even works with the chara - perhaps she's glowing because of some force-field that's keeping her alive?).
So there you go. I had a lot of fun putting this list together. I know it's extremely pretentious, and perhaps only really maybe 5 or 10 walls out of all I've made are really actually any good. But I was in the mood and it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Nostalgic, I really like the matching spacey background and the character is very well vectored. Gawd excellent vector ...
There seems to be some gaps in the star field this could be the debris of the planet they just accidentally blew up.? There are some blue parts that look like smudges. not sure if it's intended. The planet looks detailed but the star field could use a little more work.

Quite an interesting look. The blacks and purples make for an excellent night wallpaper. Keep it up, your works pretty good.

Really nice work. I've seen Dirty Pair stuff before, but not much. Great work on this though, she looks lovely and the background fits really well.

I don't think Dirty Pair Flash is really that unheard of. It was maybe the 4th anime I ever saw in like 5th grade. XD Thenagain I like older and less popular anime..especially 90s anime. As a matter of fact, when my older brother was in highschool he had to draw something that began with "y" so he drew her. :P It is a very nice vector, but I don't like the way she is glowing so much. I still think your Urd wall is better. :P (Even though this one has a more interesting background)

Awsome wp, totally love all the work that was put into this one. I too think this is one of those obscure but good animes. unfortunately i can't find it anywhere unless i buy it from amazon... T_T

The missing star fields and blue smudges are all part of a planet in the back ground, the star fields left of her head are city lights on the dark side of the planet. above her right shoulder and below is the light side of the planet, the 'blue smudges'

Awesome,really nice the panorama of space and the image of the globe is really superb,the girl is perfect beautiful as ever and very sexy especially when holding 2 weapons a light saber and a gun,the effects are stunning,the girl is the highlight of this wallpaper,nothing else in this picture that is better than her.
