I haven't seen any wallpapers with any of the female characters from the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn. I like Haru from the series she is bright and cheerful. This whole background was drawing by vectoring but my drawing.. and Haru was vectored from a picture of a card, and she took alone about 9 hours to do (and I only started vectoring for the first time about 6 days ago). The inspiration of the background isn't especially mind boggling, she likes sweets and cakes right? LOL!
I hope people will enjoy it! .(n_n).
Special thanks to asa01 who seriously critiqued my WIP in session zero forum, and for being so quick with getting back to me with ideas for improvement. Its been grueling, but it made the wallpaper better. (n_n)-b

This is lovely! Everything fits so well. I assume you created the window since it does look like it was created. Though I thinnk the black design on the pillar looks out of color. It could use a different color like dark blue green or something. Nevertheless, this wall is worthy to be used as a desktop wallpaper.^^
