Wow, I cannot remember the last time I vectored something. Well, after I recently quit my job I now have a lot of free time to make new walls! I miss vectoring (kind of).
So I vectored the girl first, I found the image at DIGIK GALLERY while browsing. Found it to be cute and decided to wall it. I was going to do the smudge method, but I've been doing that alot now and figured why not just vector it? Long story short - It took me about 2 mornings and a night to do the vector, I got stuck on the background and oh well, here it is. Hope you all enjoy it! (:

This is a great work. I loved the textures, colors and composition. Keep up with your nice work! Now with some free time, I cannot imagine what more can you produce with such technique.

love her kimono and the overall vector, I like the abstract vectors in the bg, I think some colors from her kimono could of been incorporated into the bg, but it is a great wall afterall, great job!

nice try on the scan, happy to see you make a wallpaper on this category. by the way, i think the grey color in the background seems didn't fit well to the style of this scan. nice try anyway, vectors look good overall

Nice work, the vector is well done and the background composition really fit the lovely lady in kimono. Still, there are some spots in the background that look too blurred compared to the girl's vector but maybe it's only me... Anyway, great wall, keep up the good work ;)

Well, I really agree with the title. While seeing this one it feels like there's a wonderful piano solo that expresses the angle of the brushes you use. Well, this also got some flair. Look at her kimono, so stylish, And the style is very oriental. The colors expresses a wonderful season (like Winter and Autumn). Love your work. Keep it up, I'm also adding this to my favs.
