Due to the lack of widescreen backgrounds at AnimePaper, I've decided to make a wallpaper from my favourite series Neon Genesis Evangelion. This one features Asuka Langley Sohryu, whom has been my favourite character for many years now.
The scan I used had major anti-aliasing and colour problems. That and Asuka was missing part of her head, and the background shown was bent to the point where little of it could be used. Fortunatly I managed to manually rebuild Eva Unit 02 for the background, and rather than the clashing green, used this purple-blue tinge instead.

Wide screen papers... we need more of it. (after i'm free from school... I have a great bunch of ideas... definitely going to go through session Zero first!)

I just started to see the anime and I gotta say it's awesome. Your wallpaper is also great, I love the blurred eva on the background and the level of light on the character, althought I think it's gonna leave a little blind after some time.

Pretty sweet wallpaper, but I think Asuka looks a bit weird, lol. Nothing to do with your wallpaper at all, but I think she's anorexic XD
