I really like the sky and the concept. When I saw the wall, it reminded me of the ending animation for the anime. Overall good job.

Balanced composition; the wallpaper works. The sky is very pretty. However, I think it's not clear where Arcueid is getting reflected... A mere surface? Or some water...? If you give the clear idea of the water, it would look more realistic and coherent, IMO.

IMPORTANT NOTE : You probably are new to AP, but crediting issues aren't difficult to figure out. **Give the credit ** to @VampirePrincessYuuki for the vector, specially because it is the star of your wallpaper... And you have already been warned once! It's nothing to do with me, but you surely can imagine how irritating is to see our hardwork being used for people that don't obbey the deal - credit if used!...

The background is not bad, but the sea and the sky are just too merged.

Her cool face is drawing heavy weight of destiny she has to carry. Cool colors and dark light are always her friend. Moon in the background is very beautiful and make her face be also beautiful. Her calm dancing is stopping flowing of time.
