Finally a gorgeous MONSTER Wallpaper in 1280x1024. *-* I thank you so much. Great job.

The biggest resolution won't load for me so I can only look at the second biggest resolution 8P.

Aw, it is sad that there is only one comment because this is an interesting wallpaper. The title makes the wallpaper sad, which I like~ The textures really adds to the mood. I also like "pictures" inside wallpapers when they are done well, and I think this looks good! And nice job on redrawing Johan hehe, but it may be too symmetrical (but then again, I probably wouldn't have noticed if you didn't tell us that you reconstructed him xD). The upper part of this face on the right side is somewhat wobbly so it looks kind of messy. Overall, nicely done 8)!

It's probably because Monster is not too popular and Johan is, dare I say it, not a typical bishounen that this wallpaper didn't receive much attention. But I find that there are a lot less people who comment nowadays '_' (I'll be back to comment on your other walls when I get the chance)

The background really went well with the Johan's scan. I like, but I REALLY wished if you were able to put him behind a dirty window, that would have been brilliant!

Ok, let's talk about "A Monster's Portrait". New "commenting system" i have just invented: (XD)

• Feeling/essence: A I really liked the way you reflected Johan's soul in your wallaper. It does have essence! That's the most important, so, my congratulations on that! :3

• Idea/creativity: B+ I liked the idea of a photo to ilustrate a portrait. I liked the idea of sad, dark textures all over the area we saw. Loved how you made Johan appear "entire" in a diagonally oriented frame left in a dead ambient. Much more creative than mine, by the way. :)

• Execution/composition: C- In spite of coherent, we have a dull colorscheme here. The almost unanimated, empty feeling really pleases me, but some more graphical intensity would make this wallpaper more captivating and eye-catching, I think. The use of resources is ok, but I feel like it's missing more substance, more intensity, again - color, shadows... Johan's face completing is fine, you made a good job, I limited myself in maintaining the crop Johan already had in the scan... However, his face is not symmetrical, and that hurts the wallpaper.

• Text: C+ Loved the tittle very much! Very elegant!! Also, it's placement. I disapprove, however, the font used. Too bouncy and usual. An adult handwriten-like font would strike here, IMHO.

Sorry if i sounded too boring, again... :D But I think this wallpaper has/had potential to jump higher!

I like the texture and color choice you have for this wall and your exploration into a little more spice and creativity in the wall was well done. The earth tones are a good compliment to Johan's light skin and dark personality and in my mind it gives the whole image a natural kind of feeling. Great job Angel~!

What a fitting title for a perfectly representative picture of Johann. I must say taht I am stunned by the look of your Wallpaper! Johann Liebert is one of the best villain in any story and you really did giving him justice. I'm particuliary amazed by the reconstruction. If you hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known that the original picture was a incomplete face of Johann. Great work!

As always with your wallpapers, I'm very impressed by the work and style you put into your backgrounds. This one is especially remarkable with how well the blank space is filled up and made to look natural. The title text is also quite remarkable this time, very crisp and clear while also matching and complementing the dusty and worn look in the background. A nice use of light as well, very striking and interesting to look at.

Watching your gallery I think I have seen you before, But I can't really tell. Anyway, this wallie is really ... creepy. I mean, it has something monster-ish about it.

The textures and the sepia-light brow colors are just really perfect for this character mood. The part you have re built is really well done, almost unnoticeable.

I'm far from having a lot of experience about drawing (even if this isn't drawing, anyway), but i wanted to really thank you for sharing us this wonderful wallpaper, that let me knew this wonderful site. Monster is really one of my favorite anime.

It's Johan! XDDDD Really nice wallpaper Kelsey, I don't remember seeing this on TheO...but then I've been pretty absent on the wallpaper front. I think I'll be concentrating on wallpapers here from now on. It will help me get better! >_<
