i must say, to date i have never seen a wallpaper with this type of texture until now. i took a look at the scan and im even more amazed by what you did - thats some real creativity in transforming that scan into this. i love the textures in this wall, and i also like how they look sort of as if they were made out of paper at the same time (and how simultaneously the plate looks so 3d). i wish i had abilities like yours! hehe. the only thing that bothered me a little bit is, after staring at the wall for a little while, the 'cotton balls' on the navy pajamas really stand out, as if they are not really part of the pajamas but sort of 2d on top of the pajamas, which is a completely different effect from the pink pajamas, where they merge perfectly and look completely real (i think it does have to do with the color though, it must be much easier to match the fuzzy balls with the soft pink than with the blue). Having said that, i really love the wallpaper. the quality is great, and i see a lot of detail even on the edges of the cotton balls, not to mention on everything else. so great job! definitely something very different and unique.

I've watched the Card Captor Sakura anime and this is one of the better wallpapers i've seen. I like the pink and blue contrast but i feel like the contast could also make desktop icons look confusing at times :P

Definitely not my cup of tea, but the cuteness is all but oozing out of my monitor, which is what I'm sure you were going for. On that level, I can admit, it's really good work :) The plate in the top right seemed kind of out of place, but then, I suppose you had to put something there...

awesome, the wall gives a soft, peaceful while cute feeling. The prints on the clothes stands out and catches my eyes, and it's clear enough to see the contour and shading of the shapes even when the colours are very identical. Great wall

build guitars. Not professionally, but as a hobby. I started out easy, in 1987, by building a few small musical instrument kits, such as a dulcimer, a small harp, an autoharp, and a mountain banjo. After discovering that it wasn't as hard as I had envisioned it would be, I finally took the plunge and purchased a Martin D41 dreadnought guitar kit. By my standards today, that first guitar in 1994 was pretty dreadful in its appearance, but its sound was fantastic! And it didn't fall apart or anything. So, I was hooked. Since then, I've built several guitars, as well as many other stringed instruments! It is, indeed, an addictive hobby. The main reason I want to keep building them is that I know, with each one, my skills improve.. AAAAnd.. I think I could do a different design for some guitars.. maybe anime stile..? what do you guys think? lots of kinds.. but that would be perhaps.. hard-_-You don't need a huge shop or fancy tools to make guitars for fun. My former house (I moved in December 1998) was a tiny two-bedroom home with no garage and no basement. I made my guitars in a spare bedroom and a utility room. (My new house has a little room dedicated solely to guitarmaking.. :D Friends: In the process of building my first guitars ---- and starting to learn how to use the Internet at the same time --- I got to know a few others, through some of the guitar-building newsgroups, who were just as "hooked" on building their own guitars as I was. One of my Internet friends was building his own very first guitar at about the same time as I was building mine, and we often shared tips and frustrations. He built a beautiful cutaway fingerstyle guitar.Martin "Size 5" Guitar....I also built three "parlor-size" guitars, modeled after the Martin "Size 5" guitar, which has a 21.3" scale. In the course of building my second one (my third one is pictured on the Guitar Photos page), I corresponded with a few Internet friends on the progress of the guitar.
