I like simple walls, but i still think it's a bit too simple. A texture of some sort of would have been nice. Even so, i must say it's a nice vector and a wall at that.

The vector is great.... However, as mentioned..... the background is just way too simple for my liking. O_o More colors or even patterns would have looked nicer then just the plain brown. But overall, it's ok.

This wallpaper is amazing! I love it! The vector is beautiful, I love the text placement, and the colors are perfect. It took some guts to leave it this simple and plain, but I think that the overall effect is spot on. Nice job! *faves*

At first, I was like, I like the extraneous crap you have flowing about his hair, etc etc.

But then, I was also like, I love the subtle changes in shading and the flowing shadows/outlines around him as well.

I was like huh? when I saw this wallpaper in the top rated section today. But then again, I read your comment and full viewed it of course! The hair is extremely fine and detailed, but then again, you could have added something something to compliment the vector.

Suffice to say, it's plain for my tastes, but heck, everyone has their own taste (XD)

I agree with Gids' comment on IN about softer shadows around face, but I completely dig the simplicity. Your description here totally rocked my socks, XD

From the details on the scan , i say that you are really talented ^_^ but yeah like everyone's else said the background is way to simple! :( maybe if u just added some textures or a little details to the background the paper will be much better! ;)

I had to take a few looks at this wall before I truly saw the craftsmanship, the vector is very impressive, the hair and the out lines around him are so smooth and fine, honestly I feel like he has a eerie glow with the colors and stuff, it's very unique and has a simplistic charm. Nice work B+

No way,one could say that the wall is empty but even from the thumbnail it looks special.I mean I've seen the scan you used and the texture is definitely different and the nuances are better we could say,plus I like the effects around him.Now really this is a good job,just like I said somehow the wall doesn't seem empty!

A B+? Wow, I am surprised, because I think this is really really way way too simple. This is not what I want as a wallpaper, and surely I don't see how anyone can (no offense). I mean there's two things here, the vectored character and the brown. That's it. That's not that hard. If I learned to vector and then made walls like this I could collect papers and B+s all day. The point I'm trying to make is that the wallpaper is missing something, everything really. It's way to simple for me to call it a wallpaper. Simplicity is nice, like in say the wallpaper "SCAPE" but if I were making the vector I would have saved my time in making my background brown and would have just submitted the vector as a scan, because to me that's where it belongs. You have a great idea in wanting to be simple, but there's just way way way to much room you could have worked with here, and as this is now, I'm labeling it as a scan personally more than a wallpaper.

I like this wallpaper very much... ...I´m actually using it on my desktop xD. I think the simplicity is very nice, and the colors are too. And I like very much the borders around the anime guy: They´re layers of similar colors but differnt saturations. I like it. They look like tea lagoons wetting paper xD. I think that effect is awesome. I do like too the very, very soft lines that the character is made of. I love the different eyes too. And he is like smoking the "VIDA" text xD. Nom nom...

Love the looks, and how simple it is. The color is a bit too...ahh..."burnt" for me but the composition is excellent. Not a lot going on, but what is going on is really eyecatching.

Wonderful simplicity and colours. The vector work is gorgeous, particularly in the hair. Definite favorite.
