You know what? It might be simple or whatever, but it looks good. Nice atmosphere w00tazn. I'm gonna fave it and use it as new desktop. :)

Like I said in the IRC channel: This wall jukes me out of my socks. :) The concept is a good one, as I haven't seen many (or perhaps none) walls that make such an "afterglow" effect, hiding the focus in the shadows for the viewer to ponder about. A good choice on using the sky as the landscape; it really matches the theme. /fav

the wall is really nice, i enjoy the sunset in the background and the dark character, nice concept it gives a nice mood. +favs ^^

this one is great, the design is very original, the bg is simply mindblowing, A sunset type of background really fits well with the shadowry figures, I love the composition and the color tone is just right. You obviously kept icon storage in mind and I'm going to use it on my wallpaper, it's simply a great piece of wallpaper.

There really isn't much more to be said that hasn't already been said. In short, it's a beautiful wall. You could say that not much was done to the stock but it really does take a unique sense of... taste to get something looking that good. Most people would've done too much too it and perhaps made it look too gaudy, this however was the small touches really made it stand out.

What a beautiful sunset lol I totally love the colour of the BG.. The view is nice too.. The chara standing there is a strategic location looking out to the sun.. And the sun isn't too bright or too round for that will ruin the whole scenery ;) Good blending and glowing too ^^

I once made one, but that's such a crappy wall I am not going to post here - it wouldn't be able to compete with yours! I love the sunset and your combination of colors :) Who cares if you use stocks anyway? As long as the concept is good and you use them right, you get a wall like this.

going I have only ONE tiny suggestion, which propably doesn't even matter that much, but maybe you could give the text some shadow, so that the letters in the lighter part are better to read- but that's all! Awesome +favs!

I must really say I am impressed. It certainly is one of the more simple walls - but damn: look at the way the character's outlines blend with the "stock" photo... it sure needs awesome artistic skills to do something like that (what basically is beyond my abilities, since I like rather straight lines etc). Nice wallpaper. I like the photo as well - and the way it was post processed with filters and so on.

Absolutely stunning wallpaper. The idea of making an angel into a pitch black sillouthette was pure genius. It gives the character such an alluring contrast, and the sunset touches on the darkness with its wonderful warm colors, and lastly the touch of blue hue on the top finishes everything.

I am deeply impressed. The way you got the wings to do an outer glow with the same light as the sunset as well as the balance between the darkness with the sillouhetes along with the sun and bright waves, Truly captivating.

I really like how there is no detail on the charcter except for their outline. It makes it so much more clean and less cluttered. Really nice job.

Finally I found it. yeah i was randomly going through papers just looking for something that caught my eye and I found this which I like alot. is got like a calm feel to it and anything with sunset and sunrise is good in my book. so I happy to find it agian because the first time i seen it i made a mistake and close the window lol. anyways I'm adding this to my favorites.

Wow, it looks almost real. You did a great job in bringing life into this wall. What really stands out is the sunset details. Even without the dark angel in the shadows, the sunset itself would've made the wall look great! I'd say it's one of my favorites.

wow! i know im not the only one, but this really caught my eye! i'm not familiar with ugetsu hakua or the character of the scan you chose, so i cant comment on the relevance there but seeing this wall definitely makes me want to check out the art. seeing as there's so many pages of comments i don't know if there's really anything else left to say, but i guess should still try to express my thoughts..of course you know you did a really good job. one of the things i like most is the gold glow you managed to get on the ground (particularly in the left foreground of the wall). To me sunsets always seem to hold many unspoken things and many important stories. You created a magnificent sunset scene and enveloped some of those feelings in your wallpaper, so to me i think you captured the most important part. in terms of the image, my personal preference would be if the edges of the scan were a bit softer (if that's possible) so that she would fit with the soft background even more, and if the terrain on the right was a little bit less blurry. But as it stands the wallpaper is amazing. Thank you for creating it! I'll look forward to more

This is beautiful. It conveys a real sense of serenity and calm...as though this is a moment of peace after a battle. Makes me feel nostalgic for some sort of reason o.o I'm favouring this ^-^

I mean obvioulsy, since I found it in a giant spread on the front page, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
