Ohhh goodness. This one took a long time. 3 days and 8+ hours later, it's finally finished! <3
I came up with this idea a few days ago after going through all of my renders. I found this gem and started pentooling. And this is what became of it.
This is all pentool baby! Only one brush (the sparkle) and no textures were used. 1 filter effect, some smudge, and some layer adjustments helped as well. It may be kind of funky but I like it. #.(n_n)
Anyway tell me if there's anywhere I can improve! Thank you!

Wow! All pentool...must have taken a lot of time and skill!! (9+_+) She looks absolutely gorgeous in this wall, especially with the beautiful background to go with it! My only problem with the wall is the band of yellow running down the picture on the far left...it seems that the stripes should have run into that area as well, but were instead cut off. Also, the band of green on her neck doesn't look like it belongs, but maybe that's just me. Great job!! .(n_n).

Interesting retro kinda approach to this wall. The pen tool accompanying the more CG version of Yuna really make this wall a bright happy kinda wall with some "funk" to it. .(n_n).

Hmmm, unfortunately I dont think this works for me. I think you used too much of a color scheme and graphics and paired it up with a simple image like this. Its a little bit overexaggerated IMO

It's very nice that you have all the colors, they match her happy character, but the lines on her head are kinda weird and sometimes maybe the colors are a bit too intense, plus i think you could have done something more complicated/detailed with the background :D
