I really like this wall. I know a lot of people aren't into really white backgrounds... with that whole "i hate void" walls dribble but I really appreciate the simplicity of this wall. The vectoring and coloring you did on him is beautifully done and the water-colory effect you have on his hat, boots, etc... gorgeous.

Your vector for this one is great, it can perfectly stand on it's own. I love the few colored spots and the whole vector looks like it's been drawn with watercolours.

Honestly, when i was looking for wallpapers to comment on i usually look at the top rated but none of them attracted me so i went on to look at the latest wallpapers and yours just totally caught my eye. Yeah, your wallpaper is that great! Haha.

Anyway love the simplicity of it all. That character looks like a american cartoon character i've seen before lol but anyway he looks so cute with that big clothes. I really like the Japanese characters you have put next to him and how it changes colour, totally awesome idea.

the extremity of this simplicity is quite taking, and the reason to me is unbeknownst.

so little color, makes this wall great somehow. and the colors you did use are subtle enough not to take the focus in this, as they would in most walls of this nature.

This is a very nice image! Though it is really simple it exhales something melancholic. The way you put together the colors is also pretty admirable. I particularly love the redish tones on him - they give me a focus point! +fav cause simplicity is art for me ;)

This wall is so, so awesome! I love using something like this as a desktop because it doesn't ruin the usefulness of the desktop as an icon holder. This way I can have my art and icons too!

I've been looking for simpler wallpapers these days. Why? So it looks good on my desktop and stays longer! Happily I've found your Earl, yay!

I don't have much complain in store, probably just wanna say you should add a bit stuffs, make it look transparent if you want to keep it simple and clean but more nice looking.

Wow, that very stark, and I mean that in a good way. I don't really understand the bias that some folks seem to have against simple, and this wall shows exactly how simple should work. Attention to detail in the colors and shapes makes this have a very soothing feel. I love it!

The Millenium Earl is one of my favorite characters too; he's just so...comical for a villain, but also a pretty serious deal. Love the guy. 8D

Your wallpaper is very simple, and I really do like it; also, the pink flowers stand out nicely amongst the black and white theme. I'm a bit sad that my resolution isn't here, but I figure I can crop it down and use a bigger one. :) I love simple wallpapers, they always stay longer on my desktop. :D Excellent work!

Wow. this wall is so diferent to the rest. Good idea. It's simple but is good a nice job!!

It's was too simple. A lot of work go into wallpapers, and this over-simplicity makes the work put into it slightly skeptical. I'm basically looking at white here, and not much otherwise, which is fine if I'm staring into my newly painted walls, but for my desktop, it's unacceptable. with a wallpaper this simple too it does two things that ultimately defeat it for me. First, it makes the focal point a battle between what little there is and the over-flowing white, and second, it describes to me no relation between the wallpaper and the title. This is one I really do not like, I'm sorry.

At first, I decided to click on the thumbnail for this wall in the recent wallpapers list, because I was like ": o What is that? It looks like a penguin ^___^ < 3" and then when I took a closer look and downloaded the image, it ended up being a scary fat man with a creepy smile on his face ;___;'' I've obviously never seen or read D Gray-man, but this wall sparks some interest in me, and I think I might go pick it up now o_o

On to the wall ~

I assume that the text has something to do with the character or the series.. but on purely technical terms, I like the simplicity and cleanliness of the font which reflect the simplicity of the entire piece overall. Also, the sentences intrigue me.

I took a look at the original scan you worked with, and I like what you did with it. The colouring looks amazing, and the highlights and shadows here and there are done very well - light and watercolour-ish. The pure white background certainly accents the colours & darkness in the piece even more, especially in the Earl's face and what is seemingly underneath that vast white coat of his.

The style of this series' artwork is also one of the things that draws and attracts me to it. Like I said, you made the text complement the character very well, and due to the simplicity of this piece, unfortunately, there isn't much more I can say o.o but I do love it < 3 I'm glad you chose to submit this version rather than the other one ~ I personally prefer this version ~ (but that's just me x3) ~

It looks really good, and I look forward to using this wall as my desktop background sometime ;3 Awesome work < 3 I love it ~

Wow! Even though I am no fan of the Millennium Earl, I think this a very simple but awesome wallpaper. Sometimes we need to take a break from the colorful backgrounds and stick with something soft and soothing like this.

I am a fan of simple minimal work sometimes it soothing not to have to bounce your eyes around a wall just to see everything thats going on and sometimes you just want to see your icons on your screen not obscured by a bunch of crazy colors. But on the flip side sometimes you dont. Anyway enough dribble.

I like it the Earl is also one of my favorite characters he is one twisted individule. I have been looking for a nice earl paper for a while. Thanks for providing.

This is the first wallpaper I've seen that truly captures the creepiness that makes up the Earl. Seriously, I think it must be the stark contrast of the blood-like red with the white background...but it's perfect. Usually I stay away from the pure white backgrounds because they are very glaring on the screen, but I might just have to suck it up for this one because it's so awesome!

Though I am not a fan of white background, this wallpaper just caught my eye. It seems to have much more meaning behind the simplicity. I just wonder whether it is my eye or my computer or it is the effect, I see a shade of grey behind Millennium Earl and the words.
