I like this version quite a bit. The warm colors contrast with the coldness of her own skin and clothes. The window between the two makes it look rather foreboding. The background colors work well, and the attention to detail is excellent.

This wallpaper was done like ages ago, and I thought I'll submit this one at AP too Instead of extracting the scan, and make a totally new scenic I just added a few effects to the scan It looks like she's holding a bouequet of flowers, and the colors in this wallie is soft IMO, I certainly hope you guys like this wallpaper.

Really gorgeous concept, its so graceful and delecate yet the sharp edges out the window gives it strength to balance with the angel. Nice choice of colors too, i really like the mixes of yellows and oranges combines with a dark brown background to make them stick out

hey, i dont have much advice to offer, i just think the wallpaper looks great. definitely lots of detail, and the detail and colors combined with the title sort of gives me mixed feelings like im being pulled in different directions with everything that seems to be going on in the wallpaper (in a good way). Wonderful! i havent seen a paper with these colors or feelings so far. thanks =]

Oh my, what a beautifull wallpaper, the highly detailed background with the wall and window is awesome and the brown wall color matches very good with the sunset colors of the window. And putting the girl in front of the window was a very good choice, because the stand and the expression of the girl is the same as looking outside a window. Very good job, keep it up!

Really nice work on this one :O The angles of the perspective is a little odd, I know intentionally it is so, and it definitely works well in this case. That, along with what can be seen outside the window, along with how her hair is flowing, it's very hectic and chaotic, perhaps what her mind must feel like in that scene. From a distance, it doesn't seem like much is going on, but up close - not so! ;) Dispite how simple to some this might seem, I think you pulled off well what you meant in the title, itz not busy and it really kind of reminds me of the helpless feelings that come with war (whether or not you meant that literally or not, I'm not sure ^^;) mostly because of the dramatic angle of window - which puts the girl in the position where (if she was alive) she would feel smaller.

The contrast of inonnece and war works well, but, in my humble opinion, i guess the colors could highlight it a little more if more "pure" whites had been used.

the angle is the problem, well acutally nothing is. the angle works fine for this wall. the color isnt too yellow, kinda like autumn colors u knw. the white is too white. more like pearl white . the way she look toward us i guess it seem natural. ur hard work paid off hehe.
