So I wanted to make this wallpaper really simple without going overboard. Used a tattoo brush for the background and used a sparkle brush which I made myself. I wanted to portray the distance between Soubi and Ritsuka; how they were far apart at first then got gradually closer, hence the split picture.
This thing took me hours since I was trying to remove the JPEG artifact.
Hope you enjoy it ^^

Very nice wallpaper I think. The tattoo background fits very well to the whole image. So does the colour and sparkle effect of the background. The choice you made as picture of Soubi and Ritsuka is very well chosen. Fits pretty good to the whole image.
I like it very much <3

A decent wall,I like the way Nat used this scan way better though. The only thing that I can see thats actually wrong with it is the text.It makes no sense seeing as they're laying right beside each other.Well to me anyway...

Nice and simple wall, focus on the two characters are fine and a whole lot of space for desktop icons.
Great Job ^_^

A bit simple for my taste, but not bad. The tatoo brush is really on the place. Sometimes the gallery need walls also as this one.

I think I just gotta comment on this one.) Rin-chan, well done! Of course, this wallpaper doesn't seem to have been extremely complicated to be made, but, as I always say, it doesn't matter how many effects were used making the wall if the results are beautiful and maybe a bit eyecatching. So, I really like your work, and I'm quite sure it's a good start in walling^^

YAY! Congrats on getting it into the gallery. I remember this in SZ, the first time. You have gradually made this wallpaper, into a beautiful work of art, while not going to overboard. Great job!

You finally finished it!P(T_T)
Good work. Glad to see you kept it simple. All this stuff will become easier the more you do it. The best way to not have to worry about JPEG artifacting is to vector your work. This can seem really hard at firstt(>_<t), but once you've vectored a few images, you'll find it's very easy and will provide you with the best image quality( []-[])9. Search for some tutorials on using the pen tool on deviantart.com and google if you need to.
I look forward to seeing more of your work.
