Your grass and sky is nice, but I think that your rainbow needs to be subtler, more pastel. Try toning down it's opacity, because right now it just seems too bright and over powering for such a serene wallpaper.

The Background is awesome,the sky looks very nice,with the colours of the rainbow,and the clouds designs are simply the best and the shining light in the sky.its effects adds a great display to the scenery,the lower whiter clouds are also magnifficent, great and its makes the scenery extra Sweet,the whole view is also very nice.

The color and tint on her and the birds were done nicely, however the grass little bit to dark and rainbow little to shiny for my taste.
