VECTOR IS TIRING!

Yes, that is my opinion about vector now. So I am about 80% to drop vector projects now. As I have a lot of free time, I decided to make another wallpaper. And for fun that is. So I went through my Scan folder, and then I found the two scans of shuffle. Yes, they are so sweet in the kimono, so I could not help it but make a wall from the two scans. ;_;

As I extracted the scans, I had gotten the idea in my mind, keep the night scene. So once again I browsed my computer. Thus I found some brushes remained untouched since a long time ago, so I then applied the cloud brushes as well as the grass brushes. Finally created some night scene background, I added a moon on the topr right side of the wallpaper. And before adding the signature as the last part of the making, I used a new layer to create a atmosphere, a violet hue. Scans: Animepaper & Minitokyo Tools: Photoshop Music: Orange - OST Bleach Hours: One hour of extracting and putting up elements

Beside my first time using the 2560x2048, it's been a long time since I actually have some fun time walling. Since it is so much fun for me, maybe I will have a lot of wallpapers this month :3

Looking that I do not seek perfection on this wallpaper, I will still be happy to have your critiques. If you find this wallpaper interesting, please leave a comment or two. It does make make me happy, seeing other people like my wallpaper. :)

PS: Yeah, the signature is kinda obtrusive, please bear with it =p

Nerine and Kaede's Japanese traditional dresses are very graceful. They make two princesses be more beautiful and elegance. Soft and a little dark light are harmonized with them.

Wow this is one amazing vector very high quality. I love the extravagant resolution it's so perfect. Well I have to say I love the kimonos there beautiful I wish I could wear one just like these, I like how this is not super sharp and bright it looks more realistic I think the moon light makes them glow angelically. The detailing in the fans are also very appealing I love fish so this is very perfect. A+ and a fav .(n_n).

There are many ways to improve the quality of a scan besides vectoring. I understand you are tired of vectoring but it's not decent to leave the scan as it is. Now, about the composition, the lighting on the left girl is correct since the light comes from the moon. The lighting of the girl on the right however doesn't fit this scene because firstly, it is too bright and secondly, the light comes from the front while it should be the other way round. I'm not saying this doesn't look good but I've got higher expectations from a community waller. Keep it up.

The background is looking really good, the nightly sky and the dark outside ground looks very nice. The characters are looking good in yukatas, they fit to the background well. Nice wallpaper.

thanx for providing 1280x1024 resolution. *hugs* anyway, lets get back to the wall: colors are beautiful, but moon is weird. anyway its lovely and thats why i will fave this.

Whats up with that huge resolution? :P Yeah vectoring is sure tiring, but is still the best way to improve the scan. Of course I don't see any problems with the quality of your wall. Is good, I could mention only the moon, somehow weird. But very pretty in overall. +Fav

I like the backgrounds and the colours suit the atmosphere but the lightings a bit off especially on Kaede (girl at right). Also, in my opinion, the moon should be brighter. Other than these, the wall looks awesome. Hope you could make it better!

Nice. Love the background. The characters and the background are blended nicely. But the girl at the back looks weirdly position. The perspective is all wrong.

Huh, sorry I'm very late on this one... Anyway, I'm glad for my favorite color theme. Also the feeling of a warm and playful evening works very well.The scans don't need to be vectored since they look nicely like that and I absolutely understand how can vector be tiring:)) But I'm not very fond of the moon, it should be brighter and also the coming light seems unnatural to me.

However, as you said. Only a few walls are perfect.
