Somehow I get more ideas for wallpapers than I'm releasing them. Well in a way, it's nice to get ideas but if I can't put them into action then it's pretty much useless...

VectaDesu is not really innocent here since it's taking an awful lot of time to make an entry each time. VectaDesu#6 deadline is almost here and I just finished my outlines... And thus the next days are dedicated solely to complete my entry. The only free time I get is between each VectaDesu but it tends to be only as long as one week which is really short.

When it comes to motivation, my level is quite on the down side. I start a lot of things and never nurture enough motivation to finish them...

Now comes VectaDesu contest which set deadline and puts some pressure on me. It's not bad. Now I have a goal and get motivation from it. The con is that since it's a contest, I tend to do high level vectors. It takes a lot of time and effort to do them so my motivation level is even lower for wallpapers...

It seems like I think to replace my journal entry after a month or so... I think more often would be better but well... I don't have that much things to say ^^"

I already have a lot of wallpapers in progress (see the previous entry) but let's throw an other one in the ever-extending list: a new Bakuman wallpaper.

EDIT : My Bakuman wallpaper up here get the SSS rating after 3 months. I am really happy about it ^^ The counterpart is that it will be difficult to do better except getting highlighted. For all of you who posted a nice comment, fav'ed it or downloaded it, a big thank you ^^ To show my appreciation, I give you the svg of my Bakuman wallpaper.

In first, I want to attire your attention to the second VectaDESU vectoring contest 2 - Retro-Rage which is now open for vote.

In second, I want the world to know that I can be pretty stupid sometimes. I was planning to take part to this second contest but take it easy and finally been too late to complete my vector... I was too absorbed in doing a wallpaper that the contest goes out of my mind. Happens.

I am currently working on 3 wallpapers. For the 2 first, I have the concept in mind and I started to vector some scans: I let you wondering who is the artists it comes from but if you look each day at the new scans on AP or if you own the art-book perhaps you will find ^^ Those wallpapers are nowhere near completion but I think they will be nice.
