Oh, good job. Ha, I guess I do not like his hair and his eyes. First, u can actually add more white line to his hair... (but it is better to just take away it since there isn't a light shines on him, the part looks weird).

Second, Ichigo looked emotionless due to his eye. I'm actually doing work with illustrator (Quite same style as ur Ichigo can be made). To my experience, try not draw his eyebrown with only a thick line. Or u can try to "draw" the line. As the eyebrown is not only a curve.

Also, the nose looks Western... it's looked not really the same Ichigo from the manga or anime

Yup, I'm strongly agree with ur suggestion especially the wings part and the "wordart". I'll try to fix it. However, it is actually not a scan (had taken away from its behide) for it but all made in (Adobe) Illustrator. Hmm, let see, if it's really good to take away the pixels?
