I also liked this series a lot. It had some very emotional parts, and was moving. The style was beautifully drawn and sucessfully conveyed the emotions. I thought that the storyline was somewhat predictable towards the end, but that did not make it any less enjoyable. Even the side characters were pretty well developed, and there were a lot of really cute funny moments within the more serious ones. Definitely on my list of favorite anime that I have watched!

Do u think hentai and yaoi should exist??
I don't see anything wrong with it existing. It's not my thing, but that doesn't make it wrong. I think as long as people don't get obsessed with that sort of anime, or even regular anime, to the point where it is negatively affecting thier lives then it's okay. Someone will probably always make that sort of thing, so as long as it's done in good taste, that's what matters.
Your thoughts on Myspace....
I don't think myspace is that bad. It's kind of stupid, and it's amusing that everyone is on there. But I only use it to keep in touch with people I actually know in RL, not to make friends.
Who Plays DDR More: Boys or Girls?
Hmm, in my experience it's been about 50/50. My friends and I would play it all the time, and they were mostly guys. I think that it appeals to everyone, regardless of gender. It just depends on what sort of games you like, and if you are into that kind of game.
"Anime vs Disney"
I think that anime is not the same as Disney at all. People tend to lump them together, because we get the edited anime on tv, with the cheesy dubbed voices. They cut out quite a lot of the original plots, change everything so that it's not violent, and water anything sexual down. So the remaining "anime" ends up looking like a disney movie, although the animation is generally more beautiful. Personally I think real anime is much more realistic, dramatic, and emotional than a disney movie could ever be. For example, Elvin Lied would never be released here uneditied. It's a gory, violent, sexual series. People here have the misconception that because something is animated, it's for children, or has fluffy silly themes. Which is not the case at all. A lot of the good anime have very serious themes, and I would not let small children watch them! Disney tends to be all fluff and stereotypical storylines, without any substance. There are a few exceptions, like Lion King, or Alladin. But still. The vast majority does not have anything seriously scary that happens, and they don't really deal with real life themes such as sexual abuse, or violence, or mental problems, or anything like that. I just find anime to be much more emotional and beautiful, and it makes me sad that people are so quick to lump it all together in one big group.
Even the anime on cartoon network is not the same as the real subbed versions often are. I think that much gets lost in the translations, and editing, and that is why people seem to liken them to disney.

Gorgeous wallpaper. The figure goes perfectly with the background. The colors are rich and luminous. It looks amazing on my monitor. Thank you for making such a spectacular paper for us to use! It would be lovely to see some more from you. The font is blended perfectly with the background, and the figure looks like it belongs there. You made everything very cohesive and it's perfectly blended. Looks amazing! Thank you for sharing it with us. Hope to see more.
Hellsing Ultimate: Victoria Seras
Seras Victoria is a great character. I love that you picked a very non traditional image of her to use. However, as someone mentioned, it's a bit dark. I like the darkness, but it feels a bit empty on the left side of the paper. Maybe a bit more could have been done with the smoke in a subtle way? I like the positioning of the figure, since it's on the right. It's nice to see someone break away from the left side of the frame. Maybe add another image to the right, behind the smoke, but make it barely visable? Then it would be just enough to keep people interested, but not super crazy visually. That said, I love this wallpaper. You did a great job with it, and it's one of my favorites. Keep up the great work!
KOS-MOS - Cosmic Beauty
Beautifully done. I tend to like the simpler wallpapers, because they don't have too much going on visually. This one is just complex enough to keep it interesting, but simple enough not to be overwhelming. I love the picture of her that you used. It's a bit of an unusual pose, and her look is really good. Amazing job with the extract. The background also is beautiful. It's luminous and goes with the figure perfectly. Love it.
Onizuka
I love the background. You really captured the feel of the series perfectly! It's nice to see a GTO wallpaper.
L i l i u m
If you hadn't mentioned that you created the bushes, I would have never have noticed. They really fit right in with the theme of the wallpaper. Great work on that! You kept the colour palatte what one would expect for that scene, it matches really well. Great work!
Pure Serenity
Love the wings. As many have said, it's hard to find a good Serenity wallpaper. The background goes with her, in my opinion. It's just a huge contrast because the universe is so dark, and she is so light. Also, the scale is different. So it looks more like she is in a dream sequence, floating in front of the universe. But it's a beautiful wallpaper. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Cute! I like the bg a lot, and the figures you chose were good for the feel of it. Good Job!

I sincerely doubt that japan would ever stop selling america thier anime. That's a huge market, and japan makes so much anime that we don't get. The market is ever increasing over here, and it would be a pretty stupid move economically on the parts of thier companies to do so. They tend to up the price a lot when selling anime series to american companies. That said, I don't believe that american animators are capable of producing the same style of anime. Our cultural references and things are so vastly different that it would be a completely different sort of anime stylistically and storyline wise. I think that japan imparts more subtelty and takes pride in what they do a lot more than most american companies, who seem to just want to crank out as much as they can as fast as they can, with ill regard to qaulity. Also, american humor tends towards the vulgar, the shocking, the horrific. And all the american voices tend to be annoying. The actors impart little emotion into thier voices, fake laugh, and don't act like they are the character speaking. It's a forced stiff perfomance. So all of those things combined, I think american anime would be awful in general, unless an effort was made to find good animators, and good voice actors.
