try going back to the second version again...it's soooooo much better than your last one! Really, it is!
Uh...suggestion... ^_^
Get rid of giant Conan there on the left...try making the photos a tiny bit bigger...and switch the giant font to something smaller and perhaps closer to the style of the text on the background of the wall...
