It's spam, just ignore it. But seriously, you need to clean up the scans of Ichigo and Rukia, or find higher quality versions of those images. They're still FAR too grainy, and don't match the background because of the quality level.

The image quality is extremely low, you need to find a better scan, the images are all clotted together and confusing, and the coloring scheme is annoying and far too bright.

The tiny white outline around the character is distracting. Take a few minutes to clean that up, it doesn't take much. And the phrase is "I must be dreaming", not "Dreaming, I must be". Kaoru is not Yoda, after all. Perhaps place the "I must be" above the word Dreaming, to the left of the D so it's still hovering over the word?

Definitely move the text. Right at the bottom is where the tool bar goes, and no one will see it, or, if they're a Mac user, it will drive them buggy.

The Alphonse Elric text looks just fine to me, I enjoy how it blends in, but do take a few minutes to smooth out the Alphonse image. It should be fine then.

I think the problem is that the guitar looks like it's angled, and yet the bottom of the guitar is still flat. Maybe stick a line in to set the edge of the guitar. Because it's obviously not a coloring effect problem.

The blue streaks coming out of the lake need work. They look like blurry lines, but with no reason for them. They're awkward. But they're pretty in the background itself. They need a reason for being there, they look... lost.

The coloring is beautiful, especially the hair. I love it. But the guitar looks very... flat to me. Like a piece of paper.

I want to be mauled to death, unconscious, by a rabbit. I know it sounds odd, but I think it would be a good warning to people. Rabbits are dangerous, deadly, spiteful creatures. And they should all be destroyed before I am killed!

Asuma is dead? Huh.

The foreground characters are all too blurry. The rest of the wallpaper is fine, though.
