Well a vector is kind of improvement to images, that also makes it possible to scale them to whatever size needed. I kinda suck at explaining it, so you'll probably be able to find a better explanation by searching for it on google.

Actually i agree with you. :P This was one of the first vectors i ever made, so only in that aspect, it's terrible according to me right now. One day I might redo it, but unfortunatly, I don't have the time for it right now.

Sorry, but if i do any more Highschool DxD vectors, it'll probably just be of Rias or Himejima.

Actually i have to say, I didn't really see it as being so messed up when i worked on it, but now that you guys point it out, i just can't unsee it. But oh well, can't really do anything about that now. :P Just have to chose a better picture next time.

Since from what i know, a render is when you remove the surroundings around a character or so, which is pretty much what's done when doing a vector. So that deviantart member don't seem to do much except steal the credit from what i can tell.

I just have to say that this is so damn amazing (even though I really don't like Yozora), and it really makes most vectors feel quite pale in comparison. Hell i even think my own vectors look bad after seeing this, even though i thought they looked okay earlier. :P

But you have definitely inspired me to start testing out some new stuff and effects while doing vectors, though it'll probably take years to get to the same level as you. :D

To answer your question at my "Himari Vector 08", Yup, Himari wears that outfit in the anime series, dunno about the manga though since i only have to volumes of it yet. :)

Pretty nice wallpaper, and Shinra just looks great in it! Though I would have liked it even more if it was in 1900x1080/1200 resolution.

Glad you liked my vector. :) Though I'm sorry, but i don't really know how to show you how i made it. I just worked like crazy for a lot of hours in inkscape. Though since I've been vectoring a lot, the best tip i can give is probably to just train. :D

Actually flipping it was a good idea (and I'm stupid to not have tested it earlier), but since i noticed one small error in my vector i decided to flip the image at the same time when i replaced the wallpaper with the error less one.

Certainly, Umineko is truly a great series, one of the best I've seen, i guess I'd say. And i really, really want to see a sequel series.

Well it's probably since Higurashi is the first part of the "When they Cry" series, and it's been around longer.

I'm not certain if this is true, but I've seen some people claim that the Umineko game is much better than the anime (and that the anime is so bad that it's barely even watchable), so if that's the case that might be a reason why Higurashi is much more popular. But i have to say that claiming that the Umineko anime is barely even watchable is ridiculous. Sure the game may be much better, but that doesn't stop the Umineko anime from being magnificent.

It's really an awesome wallpaper you've made. :) Sadly, the highest resolution of it i can download is 1600x1200 for some strange reason (the higher resolutions just won't load).

Well actually i try to do more complicated vectors from time to time, but i just keep forgeting them. xD And I've thought about entering that competition, but I'm just to lazy. xD

Yes, that's right. Though I only do the requests if i find the screenshot to be good since i don't want to waste time on something that i can't make look good at all.

Ah yes, most of my works are done from screenshots, since i usually do request from other people, though i try to extend the pictures sometimes if it isn't to much hard work. And yeah I'm a huge fan of Bakemonogatari, though the real reason I've done many vectors from it is because people have requested them. :)

I just saw your benitsubasa wallpaper and saw that you'd like to know who did the vector, though i don't know if you still care about it, but anyways i can tell you that it was a vector i did a long time ago as a request on 4chan. :)

I'm not one that has read a lot of Manwha's but I've read a few ones that i like. Among them is one I'm kinda surprised that it hasn't been mentioned here, namely Ragnark, which more or less became the basis for the MMORPG Ragnark Online. And as the name implies, the series is mainly based on norse mythology. Sadly though the series seems to be on hold and have been on hold for years because the author Lee Myung-jin is helping Gravity Corp with Ragnark Online, well at least that's what i heard a long time ago.

Then there are also some great Manwha series that's made by Dall-Young Lim. I'm not certain, but i also believe that his works are among the most famous Manwhas. Though as far as i know he only writes the stories, while others draw for him. Among the series he's written are Onihime VS and Unbalance x Unbalance which are drawn by Soo-Hyon Lee, Aflame Inferno (which has been mentioned already) and Freezing which are drawn by Kim Kwang Hyun, Black God (which has even been animated) and Zero which are drawn by Park Sung Woo. And even though most of his series has different Illustrators, i still find the art style in many of them to look like each other. I haven't read all those works by him yet though, but of those I've read I'd say that Freezing is the most interesting. (Also if you look among the scans I've submitted here at anime paper you can find a vector I've made of a manwha scan from his Onihime VS series in case someone is interested).

I'm a huge fan of the tales games (well at least the ones available in europe) so of course I'm a huge fan of Vesperia. And i agree with you about it being the best Tales game (and IMO it's the best game ever too).

And that movie looks very interesting but i kinda wish that it should be about Judith completely instead since she's my favorite character, or at least that Flynn wasn't in the movie at all (since he's currently the only character in Vesperia that i hate, though I'll probably hate Patty too in the PS3 version).

Well I'm still sorry for missing it though. And yeah I've made that Judith vector to, but it's just one of many more Tales of Vesperia vectors I'll try to do whenever i get time to do them (and isn't busy doing Bakemonogatari vectors), and the next in line is one of Yuri (though I'd rather do more Judith vectors instead, but unfortunately there's not that many good shots of her in the opening).
