The music define the personality?
I think it don't mean that music could define what kind of people will listen. If that people had some culture since child to listen opera, he will probably listen that kind of music and it's is very natural. I'm a classical music student but all people is very normal. All is kind and happy and like, for example, of Rock or Jazz. I think the people don't have only one kind of music that like. For example, I adore classical music (mainly to the middle age), I love Jazz, OSTs, J-POP, game music... I never think that listen classical music is boring people... It's strange to me.

I love various music of the Johann Sebastian Bach and much more of traditional and folcloric music of the Christmas of all country. Have others that very interesting that's kind of modern... Jaz and Pop too.

I was addicted to play Final Fantasy VIII of the Playstation. It was my very first game that played. I loved all the characters and growed all to most greatest levl. I collected all itens, extras cards, all summons (Garden Forces), I player perfectly all stages, etc. Nowadays I cannot take time to play many games but now I'm addicted to computer downloading. I adore download all animes, games and original sound tracks. It's so confortable when the download finish and I can watch or listen what I could get to my self. I always have to seat in front of computer to do anything. It's the place that most calm me, or not... the second place that calm me so much. If I cannot use the computer I will understand for time but when that came back, certainly, I will use it in "triple".

My longest time without sleep would have to be like 12 hours. I can't sleep more than this, I think, because I certainly will be worried if I cannot do anything in a day. My brother can sleep much hours than me but I think he cannot sleep for so long time like me.

All my family love anime. My two years young brother study japanese animation and cartoons. He is pretending to go to study at Japan next year at Tokyo University. It is very difficult to enter but he certainly will try. He like to watch most every kind of the I.G. Production and some anime that can see wanderfull animation motion like some chapter of the Naruto, Persona, Shigurui. And like to watch psychological animes like Kouan Kidou-tai Ghost in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex or The Laught Man -, Paranoia Agent, Barserk, Full Metal Alchemist, Paprika, etc... My other young brother watch most popular kind of animes like Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Digital Monsters, Pocket Monsters, etc. My parents watch only that have dubb in portuguese or something like that, but they realy like the Ghibli's Animations. I like to watch about politics, psychological, terror, or all kind of japanese or chinese theme animation like Juuni Kokki (The Twelve Kingdoms), Ayakashi, Ayakashi Ayashi, Legend of Kndor Hero, Sangokushi (The Legend of Three Kingdoms), Juushin Enbu, Basilisk, etc...

I'm not afraid of telling people I watch anime. I watch anime on my laptop at university when I have time with people passing by and I have a few anime t-shirts. I've met girls who've called me a perv but honestly it made me laugh not because I was trying to come up with an insult because A) how wrong she is B) the way she said it and C) it turns me on. I guess I just know how to react to people who mock anime, so I'm not really afraid to openly talk about it. I usually talk about anime to people who I've become friends with in class (not necessarily really close, but enough to know each other, work together, etc.). I dunno...maybe I take pride in trying to be as much of an otaku as I try to be lol. Almost everybody at my university hardly mocks anime because a good portion of the students there watch anime or read manga. I hear a lot of people talk about manga and I see people reading scanlations on their laptops in study rooms. Maybe it's because of the environment I'm in that I'm not so afraid of showing my animes/talking about them. Being how open I am to anime, I was quite surprised at the amount of people at my university who showed interest in anime, it just makes it easier to keep a conversation going. If the people you talk to mock you about anime like many people have already in my first year of high school, you just have to know how to respond to them, and it doesn't necessarily mean talking to them and trying to educate them about how wrong they are, but just give them a laugh or a smile, an eye-roll or some kind of gesture and walk on, they'll know they're wrong anyways.

I totally agree with you!! Anime is one of greatest kind of show various arts. In anime you can see the greatest science experiment to move the 2D, 3D or 5D animation motion, you can listen wonderfull original sound track, etc.

What could be stereotype? Almost people think big eyes, monsters, mini dresses (sometime porn), cutie characters and simple storyline. So, all about stereotypes have a exceptions. The ssize of the eye is good if this have 3/4 or 1/2 of size of the mouth. So, lot of animation: The Twelve Kingdoms, Ghost in the Shell, Otogizoushi, Blame, Gankutsuoh, etc... About monsters... It's depend of story of the animation. Examples: Infinite Ryvius, Last Exile, Love Hina... Mini dress, I think most of battle and adventures anime appear this stereotype, but have exceptions: The Twelve Kingdoms (adventure, shoujo anime), Now and Then, Here and There (adventure, shounen manga), Rozen Meiden (shoujo anime), etc... Cutie characters (kind Cerbels of the Card Captor Sakura or Pikachu of the Pocket Monsters) is commom to children animation (to 6 years old to... 12 years). So have so much anime, and because this I won't put here. About storyline... Inuyasha's storyline is very simple (They have to search and colect the shikon-no-kakera - I remember Card Captor Sakura is kind similar), Love Hina, Shingetsutan Tsuki-hime, Jungle wa Itsumo Hale noti Guu, etc... So haw many complex storyline anime exist? It's so simple, I will give some more examples: The Twelve Kingdoms (Juuni Kokki - politic theme), Ghost in the Shell - Stand Complex Alone (about terrorism, individualism, politic - you have to watch the Ttikoma's conversation), Ghost in the Shell - 2nd GIG (about construction of the hero), Now and Then, Here and There (anti-war), Neon Genesis Evangelion ( introspection, religion), Paranoia Agent (paranoia, psychologic of the type of the people), etc...

So I put some good or bad animes but have more and more examples. But to watch this good animation you have to do download. I think won't be play in tv. And must watch in japanese orriginal form with subtitle because some scenes is cut.

I really don't like braziliam music, kind samba, forró, axé, chachado, braziliam funk (it's terrible!!! - It's totally lyric less, music less, boring and voice is horrible!!!). I don't like country and heavy rock, punk too. It's kind nonsence. The first, is singing almost in 3ªs, and heavy rock, I can't listen anything, or listen something disgisting.

I do nothing in special, but in Christmass I meet family of my parents. I eat special foods - fish, many kind of salada (I adore it) and fruits (sweet fruits too - I don't like it). In general, my family play many kind of games.

I speak Japanese - because I lived some time in -, Portuguese - because my mother and father speaks and Inglish (very bad). Here, Brazil, commemore Carnival, one week of festa. Can watch the group dancing with "fantasias". But I don't know very well about commemorations.

Excellent, awesome, and cool. Samurai Champloo just practically screams of style. Very much like how the series is presented, it's right for all the "seemingly wrong" reasons; and makes you *sometimes* wonder why anime isn't done like this on a regular basis (don't you just hate it when action scenes just turn out to be a bunch of still pictures, or should I say, poses?). It's one of the best around and as a fan, I must advise that anime junkies should watch this or else you might as well miss half of your life.

Although the plot is unarguably simple, I believe that there's definitely more to it than just the search for the Sunflower Samurai. While that plot device does provide a good excuse for Watanabe to ultimately create Samurai Champloo, the richness and complexity of the plot lies in the characters who are fleshed out as the series progresses. Simply put, the destination exists; however, it's the journey that makes the destination worth finding. Also, the characters are "candid" enough to point out to the audience the obvious - they themselves admit that they are losing track of their objective by getting into deep water or simply because of their need to eat.

It's amazing and "unbelievable" how three unlikely people meet and embark on a trip that really doesn't bind any of them together (except for a coin toss). As I followed the series, I think Mugen and Jin have more reasons and ways to ditch Fuu, but they don't. For once, you see the idea of destiny treated in a different light, and is neither overly melodramatic nor cheesy. When you see a ruffian and a prodigy join a quirky lass like Fuu, you can't help but wonder what's really in it for the two of them.

The whole concept of Samurai Champloo is it's best aspect. Whether we admit it to ourselves or not, people have constantly obsessed about the past, always finding ways or excuses to recollect or recreate it. We are always fond of incorporating the old in the contemporary period; however, Watanabe turns this Baudrillardian theory upside down. Mixing samurai and centuries old tradition with hip-hop is so outrageous that no other music would fit the series.

While a lot of people can't figure out why hip-hop was the music of choice or think of it as it's downfall, I must beg to differ. It breathes life into the entirety of the series itself; and let's drop our biases and face the fact that this is Japanese, a series that gives us both the old and the new Japan...you can't expect them to sound and rap like Snoop Dog or 50 Cent, do you? Moreover, hip-hop is a youth culture vibrant in contemporary Japan. I think that alone becomes a sensible reason as to why Watanabe chose it.

The best way to enjoy this series is to take it as it is. It's useless (I think) to pine about how this and that is or how some things in the series shouldn't be. I think the Japanese pretty much know their own history and culture, and that alone gives them the license to retell it. And I'm pretty confident that Watanabe knows what he's doing.

I think the hip-hop was choose because it is "POP". Because most of samurai anime is using tradictional instruments and same kind of "ENKA". One more interesting thing is another official composer of the serie NARUTO. It is mixed with traditional japanese music with rock, and it is very good and interesting kind of music. I think the objective of use this kind of music (hip-hop or rock) is to "get closer" with young people about the own culture (japanese).

If you had play the game, logicaly, you have to get Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Thin movie show various characters and it is the continuation of the serie. The story is kind good and if like excellent graphic, you must buy Final Fantasy. After all, if you like comedy and love choose Lovehina.

I finished to watch the "Witch Hunter Robin". It was so great!!!!

I can speak japanese (I adore this language!!!! and I'm studing now... I can write some words!... just kidding. I lived eight years so, I can speak.), english (can see, I am bad to speak this language... and writing...) and portuguese.

I adore this animation but I preffer the manga version. I like all animation if appear the vampires (Trinity blood, Vampire Hunter D: Bloodust, Blood - the movie, Hellsing, etc...). In this aimation I adore the Abel Nightrood (he is very cool and kind), Sword Dancer and Izaac Fernand (of the "Rosen Cr.").

I adore this anime but story is not very good. Have the simple historyline but the art is good.

I think music is a major important role. For me, music adds even more to the mood. I mean, what would a love scene be without something to add to the special moment? What would a fight scene be like without the heart pounding beats to add to the excitment? What would adventures be without little songs to hum too XD?

For me, if the anime has music that doesn't fit a mood, or its just plain horrible, I tend to not watch it. Don't get me wrong, i'm more for plots, but music adds to the mood, and I can't handle dead animes.

I really agree with you. I don't watch the most anime if in this have the seventy or eighty decedes music. It is so less mooding. And sometimes this animation I watch will be (for me) terrible and less storyline (opening and ending is too important - in cartoons 'of the USA or another country' don't have this important things like japanese animation).

The music is important to mooding. In Wolf's Rain is very good to mood. When appear Darcia III, for example, have the cello solo music. It is very mooding because I understood he is cool (because the music, of course, not all because the music, but it is one of thing most important). Yes, not anly music (kind and decades when was criated the music) but instrument is important too. In Full Metal Alchemist have one music (I adore this music so much!!!) called "Brothers" or "Bratja". This style is (remember me) of the Middle Age musics, when the alchemy was (cansidered) existed. If can observe the music what have in the book of the church in the Middle Age - can search in the books of the history of the music - you can be have most information about kind of music in this epoque. In Karakuri Ningyou Sakon, you can find japanese tradictional form of the music... etc. All music is thought before use in the animation.

Personaly, one of the attractive things is the person behaviour and thinking. Fisicaly, I adore who (man) had long staight hair (all colors). Smile isn't all because I like cool person too. Eyes is one more thing I think attractive.

After all clothers is important too and voice (one of first thing I consider to person be attractive).

In this situation is good listen music you like (claasic or rock, kind you like). If you don't have friends at moment, you can relax in silent (in my case, I like stay quite before exams because relax me - I don't like to talk with friends before the test).

One thing I think important is DON'T STUDY before ten or more minutes of the exams. You can be stressed with it because have more and more thing to learn at moment and you haven't time to do this.

Another thing is thinking pessimist... You can think you will get low grade (it can help to don't criate expectancy from you).

I like cook. I'm not so good to cook but in general I can cook things that someone can eat. I like to cook sweets (ice cream, chocolates foods, cakes - of the chocolate!!!) and soops (all kind). I can cook some brazilian food (like sweet of the chocolate) and some japanese foods (fishs, sashimi, temaki, etc...).

But I like the saladas!!! Don't have difficult things to do here and tast is so good!!!
