well, there are several requirements for me
Firstly, good graphics. I don't mean high technical specs. As long as its easy on the eyes: for example Ragnarok Online, im game.
Secondly, good replayability. Most games can be completed in a day or two. My fifty bucks aint worth it if im just going to play through once.
Finally and most importantly, it must be fun. simple as that.

yup, i feel most of these 'artistes' don't really have much talent, just looks. Then again, the audience they are made for don't really care. Once Disney manages to 'sell' these singers to them, all the pre-teens jump on the 'cool' bandwagon and there you have it: another couple of million in the bank for Disney...
