I'll probably take into consideration all the suggestions so far and toss up a few revisions if it looks okay. However, this might be awhile as I have final exams currently. xD I'll probably see how it'll look without the blush and lighten the glare. I feel like if i took away the glare on her breasts then it look very flat with no dimension.
Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely tone down the haloing on her leg and breasts and do something about the whites. As for her hair, the thought of extending it has been lingering in my mind since I started the vector. Honestly, I think it'll be tough for me as I still feel like I'm not that skilled yet. However, I will definitely try my best and see if perhaps I'm wrong about myself!
Also, yeah I do the shading and such first then the base color xD I don't know why I do that though...I guess it was just a habit...

I always loved the Mister Donut part of Shinobu's personality! I'm glad you like Shinobu and the bakemonogatari series as much as I do!
I'm quite excited to see if people will be using this vector! I'd love to see more Shinobu, not that I don't like the other girls from the monogatari series!
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! I've had a lot of practice with vectors that I didn't upload before tackling this Shinobu vector. It's definitely one of my first LARGE vector though. xD
Thank you! I will definitely try to put out more work soon!

Thank you! and thank you for the favorite! To be honest, when I first started this I thought it wouldn't turn out as great as I thought it would. However; I'm glad that people are liking it! Also, thank you for your thoughts on the shadows. I will definitely keep that in mind for the future!

I totally get what you mean! You just gotta get in the zone. This happens to me a lot when I'm playing Osu! or something. I'll totally be out of my zone one moment and then i'll be kicking butt a few hours later! Anyway, it looks good either way, good luck if you ever try to revise it!
ah okay, thank you for clarifying that! I must add, I'm looking at the teeth of the monsters and man, I love the detail you put into it with the scratches and such. Good stuff! :)
It looks really good! I love it the crossover. However, I must point out that I think you miss something on one of the monster's eyes. The very top left monster, his right eye, you can see that there are 2 overlapping each other and his left eye seems sharper than the other monster's eyes. Other than that, I absolutely love how you drew Asuna and I love the little detail like the electricity and shatters. The damaged effect on Yozora is wonderful also. I've always loved crossovers! How is it that this wallpaper is only a B? (I don't know how the rating system works on AP) o__O
Hi! Great work on the wall! I really like what you did with the background. The texture in the background really gives this wallpaper a nice feel rather than just empty space. It looks like you have 5 elements going on at once (clouds, the paper-like texture, the orange blurs, those flower-petal things, and the diagonal stripes) yet when all of them are together it does not feel overwhelming at all. I think wallpapers that throws in a lot of elements into the background tend to be overwhelming if they don't work somehow and you definitely made this work. I also really like how you do not have all the elements covering the wallpaper; what I mean is you have spots where it's lacking one element or the other - I think that really helps the wall NOT be overwhelming. I noticed you have some of the clouds go behind Luke while some parts of the clouds go in front of him and I really love that small touch of detail you put into it. One small thing that sort of irks me, and it might just be personal preference, is that you can distinctly see that the orange blurs are all in the same direction (they form a sort of "r" shape). What I probably would have done is just use a regular circle brush since that might not be as distinct. However, that might turn out worst than I imagined haha! So please take my word with a grain of salt. I don't want you to go changing your wallpaper only to have YOU, the artist, less satisfied with it. It honestly does look good though, good job!
Thank you for the suggestions! I will definitely look into it as soon as possible. Also, there is no need to apologize! You do not come off as being too critical and your suggestions are very helpful. :) Thank you again.
Thank you, I was amazed that there wasn't any AnoHana wallpapers either!
First, hello to you too! Anyway, the wall looks really good! I like how the background isn't just black yet it's darker than the sparks so that they both really contrast to each other. Honestly, I think the text looks fine but I'm not too sure about the position of the text and how "Espada Octavo" is reflected upwards. I just find it a bit odd how "Szayel Aporro Grantz" is reflected down while "Espada Octavo" is reflected up. I think some people might think the text is weird because the image itself already sort of creates a very epic scene; but the suddenly the text and reflection sort of catches your attention a bit. However, I think that is just my opinion so please take it with a grain of salt. Good job though!
I always loved Japanese culture and traditional houses like this. This wallpaper is oddly calming to look at and I love the position of Ichigo. The background is very clean and vivid and I love the contrast in Ichigo and his environment - The environment being very traditional while Ichigo looks very modern in that suit. It may just be me, but I feel like the outside may be a bit too saturated. I like how it's bright out but I can't help but feel that the saturation may just be a tad bit overwhelming. That may just be me. Also, like what the person above me said, Ichigo does seem a bit blurry. However, despite Ichigo looking a bit blurry, you hardly notice it after some time. Overall, I really like it. I especially like the house though. I think that's the part that is oddly calming for me.
Hi! Thanks for welcoming me to animepaper! I'm definitely trying to improve on my vectoring and walling skills. My favorite anime... that's a really tough one. I can probably name a few for different genres haha. I absolutely love Clannad, Steins;Gate, Toradora, K-On!, AnoHana, Evangelion (NGE), Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Baka to Test, and the bake/nisemonogatari series. That's all I can really name off the top of my head right now haha. However, If I had to choose one then I'd definitely say K-On! based purely on how many times I've rewatched both seasons. I think I've rewatched seasons 2 at least... maybe 7 times and season 1 at least 5 times.
What about your favorite anime?
I really like the idea behind this wallpaper. I can see that it has great potential. It's just that, like some have said, it's a bit too bright. Perhaps if the background wasn't so saturated so that when combined with the words it doesn't overwhelm the eyes. I'm not sure how I feel about the typography. I like it but I kind of don't like how it's majority of the wallpaper. I'ts also kind of hard to make out Kurisu's face but that may just be me. Heck, my screen might just be too bright at the moment. Overall though, I really love the idea of this wallpaper but I think the beach background may just be over-saturated, I think you can make the typography work.

Hi! Thank you for the warm welcome! Im sorry for the late reply, I was recently banged up in a biking accident so I tried to rest most of the time.
hi there! I hope you'll enjoy animepaper as much as I do!
Yes, it took me some time to adjust also. If you have any questions you should definitely ask the community here. They are quite helpful :) There is a chatbox at the very bottom right where you could instantly talk to people!
Yeah, it's probably just me haha. XD Good job though! I definitely like it!

No need to apologize. I will always welcome suggestions and criticism so long as it's not a comment like "you suck" as that will not help me improve nor will that do any good. I'm here to learn so comments like yours and the one before really do help (everybody starts off somewhere right? xD). I'd rather have someone be straight up with me and give me their thoughts so that I can consider it the next time I make something or rework something. I'll probably try and update this in the future after I improve my skills a bit more and learn how to edit submissions on this site. x___x
Hey, thanks for the comment! I know I just joined and it's not much but I definitely do want to practice and try to improve and share what I work on with the community. I definitely understand your thoughts on the changes and I actually thought about changing it a bit after I had already uploaded the image. I've definitely been giving the dots and open spaces some thoughts. I'll take your suggestions into consideration the next time I rework this piece. :)
For 5 hours of on and off, the wallpaper turned out really good. I do like how you tried to portray Kakashi's inner struggle within the paper. Again, just wanted to say I really like the color scheme.
