Although not to my appeal, it's good overall. The cloud effect is done with skill and is placed well (sometimes it gets too cloudy, otherwise too little cloudy). The feather placement is good aswell. Unlike most of your other wallpapers, I don't have much to say. It's not ultimately awesome, nor is it bad. Just a simple one.

    Overall excellent job. The texture on the bottom right corner of the wall is more grainish bending towards more of a ground feel, unsuspecting switch from sand to rock. The blending of the scroll red sand could have blended better. I like the evil being above Gaara and nice placement of text on the left hand side.
