Thanks @rmmr111 for the question. I know these contests can be a little confusing.

Answer: As far as this contest/match goes. I am looking for human Water Elemental Users. Like with the Fire Elemental Match/Contest only human users were allowed. I suppose a better way of discribing would be Water Elemental are the Magic Water Users. Like Sailor Neptune, Sailor Mercury, Water Priestesses, a magic user but only showing them using water.

So, even as creative of an idea with the seahorse. It would be invalid.

Though don't be discouraged. There is always a way to wall an idea in your own creative way.

This one was a bit difficult to upload since I have so many revisions because of text but so far am unable to upload them all because I'd have a total of 72 revisions. v.v... And I have them all to be uploaded too...v.v...

Anyways, ^_^heh ... This was the funniest wallpaper I've made in a while. Since, I didn't have to vector. So, I hope you all enjoy.

But just for clarificiation for those looking at all those revisions. Its mainly a revision between black and white and full color. With or without light puffs or star bling in the bg. And the granite on her skirt. Colors are gray granite, pink granite, and a combination. All looked so good I couldn't pick just one for everyone to enjoy. Though I am partial to revision 24.

... You can submit whatever wallpaper you think fits the given theme and/or requirements of the contest. Example... this contests requirements are ... having 2013 within the wall and 2 or more anime people. As long as you've got that. Then its worth submitting.

...As far as uploading goes. If you aren't ready to submit to AP just yet. That's find. You can go threw whatever image uploading site you wish. As long as I am able to have a thumbnail of your image from the site. So, which ever site you choose is find with me.

I would have liked to see it incorporated not only in the character but as maybe accent flames out and around the character which would have given this a much better overall dramatic flair and aided to the composition.]

Question 2. Overall - On the technical side. What would you rate this wall? Meaning; details, adds, background, ect. [Notes: Well for a cut out and cleaning job this is pretty good but there are some real issues with the quality of the scan (mostly resizing issues that create dithering) The BG is not bad, but I would liked to have seen more.]

[ If I had several hours to write out how technically good this wall is I would but, I'll keep it short. The perspective is correct... the details and they are many and the range of focus matches the perspective. Also the character has a sense of reality as well as seamless detail.That is eye-catching, and the overall composition is perfection... technically and personally speaking]

[Notes: It was a good effort and you had the right idea but between the vector, background, & the fire they just don't connect style wise they are so different from each other... none look like they belong with each other. The usage is absolutely correct but you should have tried to find better example of fire from FMA, they have such a unique style all their own it could have been easily incorporated from a number of other scans.]

Question 2.Overall - On the technical side. What would you rate this wall? Meaning; details, adds, background, ect. [ The technical elements individually are excellent but like I said earlier they just don't fit with each other. Now the vector is superb. If I were you I would see what else I could accomplish with that vector... It has so much potential.]

Question 3. Overall - How would you rate this wall as a whole? [Notes: For future reference you must have at least 2 of 3 things in common. Remembering that you need to tip the majority in favor of one direction or another. This wall is very all over the place... and though it has theme direction it's pulling itself apart through its differences.]
