Okay, the guy totally freaked me out when i first looked at it. That's good if that was what you were going for.... What you did with the background looks pretty good and the effects around the guys body looks good too. But i think the lack of definite lines around the shoulders make it look sloppy. And i agree with ~tyson, it needs more action! Maybe you can make the "BLAME!" smaller? Give a better description or tagline perhaps?

Wow, the quality of the image is really good. My only criticism is the red writing on the top right corner... i reckon it will look better if it was centered, not cornered... just to even things out, or you could even write it horizontally? Up to you I guess. Oh and the background you used is a bit too detailed, maybe you could tone it down a bit?

-The black shading at the top is a bit too dense... and the random hand on the left side looks funny. I love your use of colour, it's fabulous! ^^ May i ask where these characters are from? And did you draw this from scratch or is it a manipulation?
