The blue makes it so tranquil and serene. There is also a feeling of mysticism. I like the dreamy, night atmosphere along with that aurora-borealis thing in the center. *Adds to collection*

Black Cat : All the love in the world
I like the brown tones, it's something I really like in a wallpaper. Black Cat anime was rated pretty low, from what I remember, but I liked it regardless. Too bad Train had to go soft after a while.. Good wallpaper overall, nice conceptual contrast / contradiction by having that white cat with Train.
The Touch of Happiness
I like the winter-like background; it makes all the colors on the character look vibrant and also compliments the theme of a wedding since the wallpaper is predominantly white.
+Samurai with dignity+
It looks nice how it is, but that's just my simple preference. I like it cause it leaves room for icons to be put in the left side, which is where I usually leave my icons anyways. Good work Rukawa11, this wallpaper is awesome.
The Epoxies Of Haruhi Suzumiya
Black and white. Very bold, very contrasting. The wallpaper itself has that iPod'ish feel, with the collection of characters adding something different to the piece. I also get the feel that the intention was to show Haruhi near the center, standing straight and looking at the viewer to give the sense of her predominant role as the main character, with all the other characters looking somewhere else and in different postures to give a feel for their unique personalities. There is depth, where everything recedes into the vanishing point on the left side, a really nice effect.
Good wallpaper.
Kuchiki Rukia
It's a bit hard to describe how I like this wallpaper because I'd probably be repeating something someone has said about it already.
The yellowish-brownish-orangish colors give rukia a nice glow and the effects are really nice. It's also nice how the color is not everywhere, only being in the center with the black background surrounding it. This gives the feeling that the picture is giving Rukia the spotlight and not being part of the wallpaper, but being the reason or purpose of the wallpaper. Black background is really good for expressing the shinigami atmosphere.
It's a really nice wallpaper.
Atonement
This is a more upbeat Kenshin wallpaper. It has that open field that shows his Rurouni / traveler lifestyle and the silhouetted image of what looks like Toki (not sure of her name, haven't seen much of Samurai X, but somehow that's the name I think I remember) from his past.
The message seems to be very powerful:
With the word "Atonement: Can I be Forgiven?" in the center of the image, it creates this central ideal, focusing on Himura's change of heart and retribution over his Battousai past.
The title shows that he's looking for forgiveness, to break even with his morals and to make up for the past that troubles him.
I really like the bright open field, since it's reminiscent of the open world, roaming from place to place, a hyperbole of a long journey for Kenshin.
Then there's the silhouette of Toki, whom represents Kenshin's other half, the half that wanted to seek atonement. Though I remember that she died, she still lives within him, guiding him to the future, the dream he wants to realize.
I'm probably seeing stuff that isn't there, but this is one of those wallpapers that speaks to the viewer. It can tell us something important about ideas and people's thoughts, as well as advice should we ever need some.
Bloody Nightmare
Satsuki Yumiduka (Yumizuka?) is really evil looking although she wasn't in the anime. In Melty Blood, she was a powerhouse character in terms of her combos and attacks. I like the wallpaper because it suits the theme of Tsukihime, being dark and the blood complements her hidden side. Satsuki has that profile of innocent, but demented and blood-lusting. The fact that the the predominant colors are red and black (with a little brown in the hair), also fit the concept of Melty Blood (not sure about the 'melty', but there's a lot of blood, so surely it represents the 'blood' half in the "melty blood" title). Really nice wallpaper overall.
A Walk in the Dark
I like everything about this wallpaper, but most of all is the night/moonlight background. The detail on the rocks is cool, looks realistic.
Fade | Someone To Talk To
So many things to marvel at. I'd like to have a big monitor/dual to truly view such a nice wallpaper. The lighting makes it look like everything is fading. Saber looks lonely, waiting for someone to bring her back into existence before she fades away. It's worth a download, if that means anything.
Caster
Caster seems very humble, which makes me think this wallpaper is pretty humble. A quick glance of the background makes me think of a train station and that she's waiting for her master to pick her up. Pretty neat wallpaper.
Saber in the sky
I like the colors, all different kinds. It's like a kaleidoscopic blend, sorry I can't really describe it any way else, but the blend of colors is pretty cool. I also like the faded pictures of Saber in the background, that's cool as well. It's worth my download papers. =)
Animosity
Nice. Dark Saber is awesome, very evil. I like the forest themed background, it amplifies the darkness in Saber. I've only watched the anime and didn't see her featured there, so I can only assume that Darkness Saber is in the game? Nice wallie, the half-open/closed eyes in the moonlit forest really bring out the evilness.
I'm Off
I like the forest background. The girl really blends in well, being caught in the day light and illuminating the dark background. Nice work.
wonderland
I can't describe how this wallpaper has captivated me. I agree, the colors are very cool. You were very gentle with this; what I mean is that the colors and lines look seamlessly blended in nicely and it looks like a professional painting. It seems like a lost memory, faded with the passage of time. Rei goes great with that field in the light of a sunny day. Very uplifting and sort of cheerful.
This Summer, Pleinair will... KILL BILL
The sunset/sunrise is a nice touch with the blood, it wouldn't look as nice at night or in the bright daytime. The colors are nice, with baby blue hair and almost all red clothing. Very deceptive, the girl looks innocent and kinda cute but seems to have killed without remorse. This wall is very ill and graphic, without being too explicit.
the faded memory...
This is a very cool style, the kind where it doesn't have a character backed up by a background, the whole wallpaper background is the focus. I like to sometimes have a wallpaper where it's just a bunch of designs and not limited to making a character blend into it.
Without You
I'm not a very green person, but when you mix it in with some dark colors like black, it looks really nice. The vines are a nice touch, enveloping the pure and calm girl. It almost seems that she's commanding them, manipulating nature and the background is nice, are those windows? It's definitely worth a download.
Elemental Infection
This "grunge" work is very interesting. I've seen wallpapers and pictures like this a couple times, but never knew that it was a whole style in itself. Very very nice, the colors are cool and look like something very magical. I take it that's Len/Ren from Tsukihime? She wasn't in the anime series if I remember correctly but there were those drama cd's I've heard about like "Kara no Kyoukai"(not sure if I spelled it right) and another one; I'm only familiar with the Shingetsutan Tsukihime anime and Melty Blood game. It would be nice to see more of your grunge work because it looks very cool.
Santa was here
I agree, it's very cheerful and a nice reminder of how nice the winter holidays can be. Christmas and many other winter-time holidays seem to have lost it's luster, or maybe that's just my family. It's nice to have a warm reminder of the spirit of the holidays. Merry Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukah, and other holidays I didn't mention in advance. Remember to be cheerful at least sometimes if life isn't go so well.
Very vibrant colors, the dark outside being very minimal in the grand scheme of the picture. Most of it is dominated by the colorful tree, the sleepy child waiting to open presents, and the warm colors of the fireplace that gives everything else an orangeish-red illumination.
She must have good-sized family from the amount of stockings over the fireplace. You know those anime-type characters and their hentai...... <____<
Cruel World
I'm a person into darker colors and the blue and black combination is perfect. I like the cosmic theme, but I feel that the picture you put of Zabuza and Haku seems to fit a more down to earth surrounding, but the idea of water is nice, very nostalgic to "Final Fantasy VII's" Cloud and Aeris scene at the city of the Ancients. The emotion feels the same, which makes me sort of change my mind about the outer space background; it more suits it in some way because in that same game (FF7) you get to see the stars in Cosmo Canyon. I think of the seclusion and how the situation demands some 1 on 1 time with a person (in this case, a rebel ninja and his talented prodigy) and his companion who's dying. It brings out the sympathy and sadness of losing someone you've become attached to. This is very a very deep wallpaper to me, bringing out all sorts of allusions and personal anecdotes of my experiences.
Evening's End, Journey's End
It's something about two girls fighting in the moonlight and a death-scythe looking weapon that gets me. I like the dark tones and color used, with the nice contrast of the yellow on the weapon. The clouds add a mystifying effect, which is a nice addition to the battling atmosphere and the girl in black clothes and silver hair advancing toward the girl with the scythe-looking weapon looks pretty intense and aggressive. Nothing much I can say, I don't know enough to appreciate more of the image you were creating. Very nice wallpaper regardless.
Ama Terasu
I don't think it looks crappy at all, the colors look like it was nicely drawn, then put to flames, but fortunately captured in pictorial form as it slowly loses it's luster and becomes ash. I'm a fan and player of Okami, the logo in the wallpaper is nicely positioned, Amaterasu captured in a very noble and heroic pose, very inspiring. Being a god and posing the characteristics of a wolf is intriguing with the fire-like colors bordering it and accented in the rosary attached to Amaterasu. I like it.

DONUTS

Saving…
4 years, 3 months ago
For some reason, I like when someone makes the picture predominantly black/white with a small bit of color for contrast. This case it's the roses, which I'm sure he was taking to Julia. I just wish they would release another season.
Back to the wallpaper, I like the rain effect, makes Spike seem more "solemn"(for lack of a better word). Also the fact that he's in the centered really brings the focus of the viewer to him, not to mention a good balance for placing icons without interrupting/overlapping onto the character. I like being able to put icons on both sides once in a while.
