i usually don't buy the dvd's with exceptions to some of the movies from ghibli studios. i find the fansubbed stuff has better subs than the packaged version. i do love buying anything related to anime though, keychains, plushies, posters, wall scrolls, figures, etc...too bad there aren't any real stores close where i live.

the animation almost put me through shock at first....it was pretty trippy. i liked the style but didn't like the plot, they deviated a lot from the actual book by alexandre dumas, and it lost some authenticity along the way because of that.

i don't think there is anything wrong with watching anime over live action more frequently. it all depends on your taste that's all. i think we live in a pretty open minded world today anways, so if someone thinks it's weird well...>.>

loveless was definately an unique anime. it was the first one i've ever seen that was shounen ai so that took some time to get used to. i wish they continued it though, i wanted to know if seimei was alive after all...

I usually go on animenewsnetwork.com to research a new anime and see the ratings before I take the time to download it. I usually don't read the manga before watching the anime but I did in Genshiken's case. It was pretty much the same. I like it when you notice big differences in the manga from the anime, makes it more for an interesting read because you don't know what's going to happen.

I sobbed through the last four episodes of Wolf's Rain when our favorite wolves kept getting killed off one by one. When Kaoru and Kenshin die in eachother's arms was sweet but depressing. My younger sisters and I broke down during the death scene of haku lol and I cried a great deal when Chrno and Rosette died in Chrno Crusade too..>__>

I loved the movie. Probably because you had to concentrate while watching it (I like those kinds of movies).

Wolf's Rain's osts are unbelievably good, i don't usually listen to classical music too. i love bleach's music as well, the OP & ED themes never cease to amaze me, the osts can sometimes be a bit cheesy but they do play a few good ones. I like "Memories in the Rain." Samurai Champloo is AMAZING for hip hop, I love every single one of the ost's for that anime. The symphonic Wind cd for InuYasha is really good, it's a classical take on select Op & ED themes. Fruits Basket Four Seasons is very tasteful and kind of has a melancholic sound to the cd. I love some of the osts in DN Angel as well. Oh and I can't forget, BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad!!! Simply amazing music as far as J-Rock goes, definately check it out if you can.

it's true that it's a little ecchi but the comedic flavour of it balances it out. i've only seen up to ep. 10 and and am eagerly waiting for the next two episodes >.< not many seeders. i might pick up the manga since we don't find out who he ends up with in the anime, i want to know! -_~
