Well, anime is a form of art, and anyone can appreciate art. Most of all it's entertaining. For me, personally, anime teaches me things; values in life in a way I cannot truly explain. Normally you wouldn't expect to learn values from a cartoon but for some reason I feel like doing the good deeds in real life which I see in animes. I think anime is very influential and underrated in many countries. People see it as only entertainment, but anime is deeper than that.

I go to Mangareader or Mangastream to read my mangas. I used to read mangas from onemanga, but the scans are taken out.

Another good site is animea because their interface is very clean. However, their range of manga is much slimmer.

Kinda weird to see/hear people talking about a site my estranged friends set up and a few still run (mangafox) - like hearing about a chain restaurant your backstabbing best friend back in Iowa managed to get running and successful, but it's been too long to hit them up for money.

um, psp. i don't know what others are saying about better gameplay for ds. in the first place, that depends on the game. psp has some pretty good games like ff7 crisis core. most psp games generally have better graphics than nds games too. oh and psp makes you look less nerdish than carrying a ds

anime is just a cartoon. i wouldn't depend on it to give me an accurate representation of what's japan like. japan has a very rich culture and history, and anime is sort of a 21st century "invention", so most of japan doesn' work the way anime does

Absolutely, yes. While different genres tend to have gender gaps, such as mecha anime tend to be watched more by boys, anime is evenly liked by both genders. I think boys are more vocal about their fandom though, but that doesn't mean girls don't enjoy it as much.

I think it's much more about taste than anything, although society's view of anime doesn't exactly paint it in a positive light so I can see why some girls might stray away from watching it. I mean what with western society deeming anime to be "highly perverted Japanese cartoons."

As for the parts I like? I like the detailed stories and character development. It's fun to find out the history of the characters you watch, as it helps you enjoy it more. I also like the deeper stories that have romance in them which you don't find very often in western animation.

i dunno about you, but some taught me valuable life lessons (like monster) i really learnt how to be more benevolent and compassionate towards other people as well as not asking for too much in my life

some anime are purely for entertainment purposes, like ao no exorcist (i didnt really like that one, thought it was cool to watch though)

how can you compare them both. mozilla is a web browser and google is a search engine lol. i'd say BOTH mozilla and google. but actually i prefer google chrome.

they certainly don't like noisy or boisterous guys. too quiet isn't that good either. more of an inbetween

i can play the piano at an intermediate- advanced level. passed my grade 1 - 8 with distinction but didn't continue to learn after that, just free play at home

a lot of girls don't mind if their boyfriends do not that that great looks but it doesn't work the other way round

personality definitely. no matter how hot a girl is she must be a good person who is willng to help others and to be mature
