I think it can be a bad influence if, say, an anime is aimed at children and bad deeds are promoted. It could also be considered a bad influence if you become hopelessly addicted to it, I think. But for most people watching anime is no different from watching a movie or something so I wouldn't say it's a bad influence overall.

I watch anime because it entertains me when I'm bored. That's pretty much it for me.

I've been watching anime for as long as I can remember. I'm an adult now and still enjoy anime, but only the old ones. The new ones doesn't impress me much...so I guess it's still kind of with me, but I'm losing it a bit? xD

The drawing is good but the coloring is a bit flat. Shading and highlights are too light and the background lacks texture. The text would also work better if the font matched the theme of the picture. The colors are smooth and soothing, though. And the lines have a pencil-like quality to them which complements the soft colors. Overall, good work on this!

This is really good! The shading is great and the contrast is nice. My only complaint would be Light's shirt looking too simplistic compared to the rest of him. But other than that this looked amazing!

The simple design and dark color adds to the silent mood, but I think the character needs to be worked on a bit more. There is no variety in line thickness, and the lines are a bit wobbly. But overall this isn't bad at all. It's very peaceful and the reflection along the bottom adds a nice touch. Good job on this!

This is pretty good. The background colors match the character nicely, but it's not so fancy that it buries the character. The composition looks fairly balanced. However, I think some text or writing along the bottom would help distinguishi it more. And I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the white glow around the character is a bit distracting.
But overall you did a great job on this! It looks very pretty.

I like the use of purple. It's simple, but cute. I think the shading on Luna could be smoother, though. But overall, nice job!

This looks amazing! I love the wide open sky and the fluffy clouds. The blue is very soothing.

The colors are really nice and pleasant. The background fits well, too. The picture has a nice balance. Great job on this!

I like the traditional piece better. The coloring is really good and it blends well. The digital piece is really cute and vibrant but the shading looks a bit flat. Not saying it's a bad pic or anything but in my opinion the traditional piece looks better.

Junji Ito and Ken Ishikawa. Their styles are unique and quite detailed. The different facial expressions of their characters are amusing to look at, too. Nice change of pace from generic anime expressions I come across every day.

I like to buy my manga if possible. I don't usually buy manga so it doesn't cost me that much. Most of the manga I like are out of print or not available where I live, though, so that's kinda sad. :(

I think that would depend on whether there will be any anime I like in the future. If there were no more anime I enjoy watching, then I don't think I'd watch anime anymore.

Screenshots and game descriptions usually attract me to the games I buy. If it looks interesting enough, if it'll entertain me enough, then I'll play it.

I don't think the quality is dropping(Hayao Miyazaki films are still great), but more like lack of evolution because what works sells. People like loli and moe, so they keep making more anime with loli and moe. Why risk failure by introducing something new when they can rake in cash by spamming the same material over and over again?

I usually mean to watch a couple episodes at a time but then I get sucked in and BOOM! 20 episodes gone by...

I love them both to death but I like my DS a little more. I dig the touch screen, and DS has Pokemon. xD

I think that's just a phase for most people. I've seen very few anime fans over the age of 17 who actually wished to be Japanese.

Anime figures are so expensive...I never have the money to buy them. D:

I think I would end up spending all of it. Terrible impulse shopper here. >.>;;

I like the anime that leaves me wanting more. Those kinds stay in my mind for a long, long, time.

I used to play the piano and flute and occasionally harmonica, but I've mostly forgotten now. xD;;
