hmmm... i have been working with multi-os platforms for quite a while now. usually, you install the earlier os first. is it different for vista's case (or for a 64bit os for that matter)? personally, i haven't tried installing or even using vista...

to the thread starter: fedora is a bit complicated for beginners in linux. i recommend you try ubuntu first though it's more or less the same. else, the best thing that i can advise you is to read on some linux/fedora-specific forums or go directly to fedora's site.
linux is not an os like mac or windows where it works out-of-the-box. you have to really tweak it to your liking, (and i have to emphasize tweaking). you have to play around with it until it suits your needs or until it becomes stable according to your needs. =)
